I love love love the product, the figurines look exactly as advertised (or better), they elevate the space and my mood, and everyone who comes to my home, notices them and it brings a smile on their faces.The packaging was superb. The only negative was a longer wait, but the company was very involved and I got daily updates on my package. The wait was 100% worth it!
I am very delighted with the band set I purchased from HelloAtHome. I’m not usually one to splurge, but when I noticed the 50% discount, I decided to go for it and I’m glad I did. The pieces are beautiful, well made, and arrived in good condition.I did have a scare when the delivery took much longer than expected. When I tried tracking the package, it showed no results other than that it had been shipped, which caused some panic. I emailed the company the same day to express my concerns, not realizing that the package had actually been delivered that very day while I was at work.Once I opened the package and saw the quality and overall presentation, my worries immediately disappeared.Overall, I am very pleased with the product despite the delivery delays.
I received my two figurines and thy are both beautiful. One was cracked and Edward was so great about getting another one out to me and keeping me in the loop with tracking. They are definitely a talking piece for guests in my home. Thank you and I highly recommend Hello at Home!
While I was initially somewhat skeptical due to some reviews I had seen online on Trust Pilot, Edward G was very helpful and put my mind at ease and I had a great overall experience and extremely pleased with my purchase of the full band of 5 musicians. They are the perfect decor for the rec room downstairs with all the records and stereo. High quality and look great!
