I was able to get an immediate response, empathetic care, and picked up my prescription the same day as seeing the doctor. Had I tried to do this through my primary care physician, it would have taken MONTHS and cost a fortune.For most things, I frankly have no idea why I even pay for normal insurance. The Hermes experience was SO much better and reminded me of everything I missed when I was with Kaiser. They will be my first call whenever the need for care is necessary – which I hope is never, but c'est la vie.

Great experience! Dr. Jeff Chien was my physician and he was very professional, listened respectfully to what my needs were and carefully explained everything to me including how it all worked and what the plan of care. You can tell he genuinely cared and was knowledgeable. I liked that the process was easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend!
