Where is my money?
I have never been to the store but found the product online and found it to be absolutely wonderful. (It is also a pity that this stupid review page demands that I assess the ATMOSPHERE of a place I have never visited - this place does do online business. Pay no attention to my 1-star review as I was forced to do soomething) So wonderful that I would never want to spend a day without it. I thought that I could make this simple and easy with a monthly subscription so I would always have my supply available. Unfortunately, it has shown to be a not-so-good idea. 28 days ago my card was charged as was expected. The unexpected part is that my product never arrived. I reached out and after several attempts in a week, I received a note blaming the post office. So maybe the post office is to blame but I did not hire the post office. 2 weeks later there is still no product. What I did was pay for a product I never recieved. Now I send emails asking for a refund or a replacement and none of my 30+ emails get returned. This is an easy sale and easy money because it is an auto-recurring sale. It does not take much to keep me happy - probably as easy as answering my email. But I am getting no response. My business is built on recurring payments and the recurring paying customer is so valuable I would deliver the product personally to keep the happy customer satisfied. But that is ok - personal delivery is not necessary - I really do not care if you put it on an Uber car or even strap it to a turtle as it would likely have been here by now. Now in 2 days, you will charge my card again and I still have no product.

Due to delivery issues (not hemp cafe's fault), I didn't receive my order for almost a month and the manager hand delivered my order....that's what I call great customer service!

This was my first experience with processed CBD. I loved the product - Loved the free shipping for $50 purchase idea. I ordered in late November and the shipping took over a week but I did not expect fast ship as I am sure my free shipping was lowest level shipping and I expected they had a Christmas load. Shipping was as expected for the timeThe gummies were one thousand percent beneficial. They worked so well that I want to "Subscribe" to the gummies of the month club and sign up for recurring delivery. I went to the order page and subscribed for monthly purchase X 2 totaling $72/month. But it seems as if the free shipping with $50 does not apply to subscription orders and I the shopping cart shows $6 shipping fee. I loved the product so much I was ready to be a Hip Hemp customer for life but now I owe it to myself to go shopping to see it the other guys do things the same.=======================================UPDATEAfter my 1 star review about the shipping concern I was contacted by HipHemp and was told they had a software update which defaulted some settings and they thanks me for bringing to their attention. Wow - Great Product - Price leader and excellent customer service too!! Thank You Five stars ++++++I will be completing my subscription order.

Manager was very kind and understanding when I was concerned about delayed delivery. (Ordered first week of Dec, USPS finally delivered it after Christmas. The buds I bought were a gift and my husband is very happy with the quality and strength. Will definitely consider ordering from them again.
