This is the worst service I have ever received from a hobby shop in the US! I placed 2 spearate orders back in August 2020, and received both shipments with multiple damaged items. The boxes were perfectly intact, so they must have been shipped out with the items already damaged. I emailed them multiple times over a few weeks' time, and never received a real reply, just "I am looking into it", then nothing. I tried to contact them on their FB page, and they ignored me. I saw other posts on there from others who also received damaged goods, and experienced the same cold shoulder treatment. I lost approx $100 on this deal and never got any reply back to this date.
