One of the best companies to rent a car
One of the best companies to rent a car, don't be afraid to use this service to rent a car in the USA, I have been a customer and rented in Los Angeles, Miami, Hawaii, Las Vegas and their service has been wonderful. I had a problem with an extra charge in Hawaii and they resolved it positively. Don't really hesitate to rent with them. Thank you Hola Car Rentals!

Amazing customer service!
What amazing customer service! Our car was fully insured but the service desk representative at Budget Car Hire, Orlando who Hola were using, insisted we were not covered for Liability (even though we showed them that our paperwork said we were) and we ended up taking out their cover, as we did not want to drive illegally in the USA. I got straight on to Hola the next morning and they confirmed we had been fully insured and to speak to Budget when I took the car back. The Budget representative we spoke to on our return said we had not been overcharged for anything and would not help, in fact he was very rude! As soon as we got home we contacted Hola and within literally minutes, they had contacted Budget and got us a refund! If you asked me to provide a review for Budget, they would get 0 stars but Hola definitely deserve 5!

Excellent company. I have used many others and nothing compares. From booking to returning everything was very easy and clear and customer service is the best. The best rental company to hire a car
The best rental company I have come across. Dealt with them so many times and they never fail to impress. I had a problem with the extra charges made by Dollar rental and these guys sorted it out in minutes. If you need to hire the car then this theirs the best company can’t be beaten on price and value of service.

Good Customer Support Response
I reserved through Hola online for a rental at Hertz. There was a lack of information at the rental office,buti recived a response from Hola within 24 hours of my emailing them. Eventually, I did receive a refund as soon as the car rental period ended.

Hola - great customer service
This is the second time I've rented a car through Hola. The first one was rented in the USA and the second time was a rental in the UK. Both rentals went well, and Hola's prices were competitive and the rental insurance cover included gave me peace of mind . On my UK car rental, the tyre punctured on the motorway about 10 mins out from returning the car. After paying the rental car company, I emailed the Hola support team and explained what happened along with the bill/invoice I had to pay to the rental car company. Hola support team were responsive and understanding throughout out, and within 5 business days they had paid out the additional costs associated with the tyre puncture/replacement (since we had tyre insurance included in the car rental). This was great customer service and showed how well their internal processes work. I would definitely plan to use Hola on my next car rental.

Had selected the wrong dates for my reservation
Had selected the wrong date for my car rental, but after “speaking” to Juan on WhatsApp, the situation was cleared before I knew it, even having a refund, due to a cheaper price! Great service!
