I ordered from this company after seeing her on Sherri day time show. I ordered my products February 14,2026. I have emailed them checked my order several times, called customer service number. No response and no products. I just want my money returned. And to lack of communication I won’t order from this company ever again. Warning DONT ORDER YOU WONT RECEIVE ANYTHING!!!!
0 welp I guess I should’ve read the reviews as well. I placed the order February 18 2026. I have not received my products. I don’t even have a confirmation that I made the purchase. Or that they received payment however I had to check myself and make sure I did order it and it went through so I checked my bank statement and $86 was taken out however, when I leave a message I have not got answer. I emailed no response. I did a chat no response. I’m really disappointed. Yeah I don’t have money to waste. I was pretty excited about this product and the company but from what they look like I may never get it based off what everybody saying oh yeah if anybody pulls up a lawsuit, please contact me. I’ll be more than happy to jump on board.
I’ve been waiting for my items for over a month and she will not refund or answer any emails..
Update for previous review. I placed an order on November 7, 2025 and as of today March 4, 2026 I still haven’t received my order from this company. I have received apology emails and several emails to buy other stuff from the website. Just an update.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HOLLYWOOD HAIR BAR!!!! I am too another customer who placed an order December 23rd and never received my order. The company created a FedEx label Jan 7th 2026, but never provided the item to FedEx. The company “kept” lying to me about it shipping the “next week”… finally they stopped responding after sending me vague templates email replies that they service a million customers and are catching up from the increase in orders.Again they stopped responding whe I asked for a refund. I filed a BBB complaint and even joined their FB group to post a complaint but they didn’t approve it so I left the group.Sad to see they have become a million dollar company by ripping off innocent trusting customers. They use to be a good company to purchase from but now, I’ve decided to take my business to HAIRFINITY who has been AWESOME at responding and shipping and customer service and satisfaction. I encourage EVERYONE to take your business there since they actually care about us.
I had the same issue just like everyone else here who made a comment. I placed the order August 9th and now it's February 26th 2026, and I still have not received my order. I reached out to Hollywood hair bar via email, and only twice I have gotten a reply. After that I was flat out ignored and and they refuse to give me an update on my order that was purchased.
SCAMMER!!! Nothing more to say. You pay, you wait and you keep waiting. Almost a year later and no product and no way to request a refund. THIEVES!!!
I knew something was wrong when my less than stellar comments on their Facebook page were deleted and I was eventually blocked. If people aren't sufficiently warned, they will also fall prey and many did. For a while, things were great but then last July, I received the wrong product. After 2 months of being dicked around or ignored, I got my money back from my bank. I gave them one more shot and ordered back in October. I was flat out ignored and never got a response. I got my money back from my bank again and haven't ordered anything else from them. I got a text with a youtube link in it last month. It was the CEO in a sexy top, being tone deaf, giving a non apology, and blaming other people for what her company had become. I wasn't surprised. We flooded the comment section with facts and just like most of us predicted, she locked that comment section down fast as f. 😆 I got my order a couple weeks ago but haven't bothered to use it because I can't trust what's in those bottles. Honest people, who care about their customers, don't need to lock down comment sections or block comments. Bye, HHB
Hollywood Hair Bar sent email that they received my order on January 24,2026 & to February 11, 2026, I have emailed several times, called, STILL NO PRODUCTS. No response? NOTHING 😞
IF I COULD IT WOULD BELOW A ONE STAR. I placed an order in December 2025, and here we are in February 2025, and still nothing. I was ignored for months. I have to dispute with my credit card company because I am tired of trying to get someone to respond. They keep ignoring me and then block my comments on Facebook to warn others. This company is disgusting, the way they treat customers. They will take your money QUICK FAST and won't deliver any products. I purchased five products from them. I noticed the email stated only one bottle; I asked, "Where is the rest of my order?" They responded on Instagram, stating they had a new system and that my complete order would arrive. THEY LIED! I received only one hair oil, not the two I was supposed to receive, and no other products. Then, when I sent them a photo of the package with the product, they said my complaint had been sent to the repackaging unit. Forgot to add that when whoever on their IG message account responded to the photo, she confirmed my address, which had someone else's name and address, WITH THE PICTURE OF MY PACKAGE WITH MY FULL NAME AND ADDRESS ABOVE IT! I could't make this up! Since that incident, I have tried multiple times to contact them to request a refund, but they have not responded. DON'T SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY! This is NOT the 1st time. The 1st time I ordered this hair tool, a frequency hair comb, they promoted it, but never shipped it. However, in late 2024, they issued a refund. NOW, I am being ignored. SMH...
Ordered products on December 16, 2025 and as of February 2, 2026 have not received anything. I contacted the customer support team and after that they created a FedEx label, but as today 2/2/26, they still have not dropped off the shipment to FedEx. This company is a scam, do not order from them. I opened a dispute charge with my bank and will be filing a scam report with the Federal trade Commission.
I placed my order on December 25,2025 Hollywood Hair Bar got paid in full from me and I still have not received my orderI reached out to the company for a status update by email because I called the customer service line and you cannot leave a message. It tells you to just go through the heylove hairbar.com email site or whatever and I sent out repeated emails asking about my order. I received an email back from some lady named Shannon who is a beauty advisor letting me know that my order will be shipped later on the following week after a full month of not receiving my items. I still haven’t seen them then I get a text message from the CEO Tiff with some promotional coupon of Hollywood Hair Bar and she states that she can help me retrieve my order but then when I do give her my information and sent emails and proof of payment from my order she said she doesn’t see a order place but if you go on their website, you clearly see that I placed the order December 25tj and payment fulfilled in full for the products I asked for with an order number and I’m not getting my items I reached out again still no answer. This is ridiculous that I haven’t received my products. I have ordered through them before and been ordering through these guys for years and all of a sudden I’m not receiving my products. This is just ridiculous. I don’t know how else to get through to them because you can’t get through the customer service line you email somebody and then they state your products are coming but are not or someone claims they can’t see the order and tried to say “did I you use a different email” this is hideous - so I mean I’m at a loss here. I’m losing money. These people don’t wanna respond to me correctly and I promise you after this - if I happen to receive my products, I will never do business with Hollywood Hair Bar ever again and I highly do not recommend them as a business to go through with this poor poor type of service. I will find another Black Owned Company to deal with for my hair needs.
Ordered an order in October, still haven't received order. All they do is up date one time saying "order expedited on a day", when that day come, it says" "supposed to have came on that particular day" but never have received the order (#1009010) I've connected the company several times and they say how sorry they are, will send a gift with order to reward for my patience and says there's a problem with the new shipper they recently got, yet still will not return my money or the items. The whole thing is a scam and back in early 2025, I received many orders I placed no problem. Don't know if the owner decided to start scamming people, and taking their money instead of actually sending the order to their customers! Horrible company, they got $60+ from me but never again!!!!
I placed an order on July 21, 2025. I never received the items. UPDATE: I received a text message from Hollywood Hair Bar a couple of weeks ago. There was a link to watch a video from the owner. She apologized for not delivering orders due to fulfillment issues with a company (or something to that effect.) She said that the orders are on the way. Meanwhile, I am being bombarded with text messages from the company advertising all kinds of sales, BOGO offers, etc. This is ridiculous! She should have paused ALL new orders until the backlog of orders were delivered. So she expects people to keep ordering products while we're still waiting on orders from 6 months to a year ago?!? Wow...UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I would give a 0 rating if it were possible. I placed an order around the first of December. It is now January 30th. I have not received any follow-up or explanation for the delay. I reached out to the company and they have failed to offer a reply. Needless to say, I will not order from this company again.
Placed an order waaay back in September and here it is January and still nothing. I was ignored for months. Had to open a dispute with my credit card company to finally get them to upload fake tracking information which is still pending from 2 months ago yet they still won’t respond and I still haven’t received anything. My card issuer finally just went ahead and reimbursed my money. They’re only uploading tracking numbers months later now to try to stop us from winning the dispute. The tracking numbers don’t work. Do not trust these people! Never again!
I made a large purchase from HollywoodHairBar since the spring of 2025. To date, I'm still waiting for the items I bought. They refused to communicate with me and refund my money. This company is a SCAM. Buyers beware. Don't waste your time.
They are sellion ICE extension kit reprezenting in the name of NIX for 130euro.And they will send you very cheap product for 10eu from ALIBABA Chinese market! So very bad expirience! Dont buy anything from them! Cheaters!
I really liked their products but after I repurchase, I haven't received my order, nor did they respond. I only received a disappearing message from a woman who was acting like she was on Crack and scratching her face. That was so disappointing and rude. Just refund the money.
I ordered 2-weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive! I’ve reached out several times for an ETA and tracking number, and have been ignored. Makes buying the product not even worth it.
