Working with Cindy was such a pleasure. She communicated with me from the start of my order. I did receive three damaged tiles(not the fault of Home Decor AZ)and Cindy put a damage claim in right away to have them replaced. I received the replacement tiles just days later! I definitely had a great experience with Home Decor AZ and highly recommend.

Tile Delivery

I was told that the product was in…
I was told that the product was in stock and the warehouse had found it. It was suppose to ship and be to me in a week. They did not call and my customer had lined up his installers only to find out that it had a backorder date now of October 11th

Have not received refund
I am in the middle of remodeling my bathroom and I was told tha the item i needed was in stock and placed my order and paid for it just to find out days later that the item was not in stock and I still have not received my refund as of yet 7 days later. I would not recommend.

I placed an order with home decor az, and then that night I found out I had ordered the wrong tile. I called Home Decor AZ to cancel the order. They were very helpful about canceling the order and refunding the money.
