This review serves no real purpose other than me getting it off my chest since Quality Eco Technologies and then HomeSmart Technologies apparently are no longer in business. Products that I purchased in 2021 did not come close to living up to the expectations I was led to believe would occur and customer service pretty much non-existent.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS! We bought 2 systems 8/29/24. They were great up front and installing. The water filtration system had a problem within months. Have left messages with Nate and at the start with the company #. Voicemail is full and no one ever calls back. They don't even respond to the BBB. These people are con-artists. BEWARE
We purchased the attic installation. We were told that we could have an inspection done before the year was up. I have placed 15 different calls to schedule that promised inspection. No one ever returns my calls.
Darrick, Chase and David were polite, professional, and friendly. Arrived on time and did excellent work. They were even nice to my cat.
Technicians were punctual in arriving within the quoted time window. Darrick and Chase were polite, respectful and professional in my contact with them. They answered all my many questions and inquiries as to how they were going to apply the products that we were under contract.
Brandon & Darrick we're very professional in all our dealings. LThey were good to work with.i enjoyed working with them.
Darrick and Brandon were very polite & friendly! They came in, introduced themselves, checked out the attic, brought their equipment & supplies and got to work! Upon completion, they cleaned up the area, then explained what they had done, showing us photos to help us understand their work. Very helpful!We had some good laughs with them. And wished them well.
we had the insulation and fan done at our house Shane and Patrick were very professional and the job was done in a timely matter would recommend HomeSmart

The installers Darrick and Chase were courteous, professional, and answered all our questions.
The two techs Albert and Lucas were great. They introduced themselves, explained the entire process and completed the job effectively and professionally. I had mold treatment and solar fan installed. You can buy a product anywhere, but customer service and professional knowledge is what brings people back. They both were tremendous to deal with. Kudos to both. BTW I can tell the difference in attic heat already.Frank R
We just had the mold treatment and installations of the Multi-Layer Insulation and solar attic fan. We found that everyone we interacted with was very polite and professional! Nick did our dinner info session; he had good energy and communicated a lot of information effectively. Evan and Julian did our home inspection and recommendations; they were honest in telling us the things that we should prioritize and were clear in their explanations. Darrick and Chase did our installation; they did a great job at telling us the stages of what they would be doing, giving us updates as the job progressed, and showing us the final project. We really appreciated that for the inspection and installation, Evan and Darrick showed us pictures so we could see the before and after. (We haven't ventured into our attic for many years.) It was a fast turn-around for us from the dinner to the install, but we never felt pressured. We were given a lot of information, and we felt comfortable that this was a wise choice for us to make.
Today (6/17/24) we had Lucas deLorenzo Eberly and Albert Baggett do a mold removal service on the attic and crawl space. They both were very friendly and professional and went over and above to provide a job well done.
I cant say enough about this Christian based company. This is the reason i trusted them to do the job. My belief is any organization reporting to be Christian based and is shoddy, un-professional, disloyal, and disrespectful to their customers will never be successful anyway because God don't play!Anyway, Evan who did my inspection was so smart and such a joy as he patiently answered my million questions.The installers ( Darshan and Lucas) were so amazing and worked well together. I'm glad i did the job and did it with Home Smart because they were truly heaven sent!!

As others have said they rush you to make a decision so you do not research their costs which are 2 to 3 times higher than others. I moved quickly on installing an attic vent, multilayer insolation and mold removal because they showed me multiple pictures of black mold in my attic. After the work was done, I told them the black mold was still on the wood. The installers told me it was black paint. I made the mistake of not getting copies of the pictures from the initial inspection. Surprisingly the pictures were deleted less than 6 weeks later. They offered me $750 to make it right. That was less than 10% of what I unnecessarily spent. On top of that I had to sign a legal note not to speak ill of them. Needless to say I did not take the money so I could write this review. They kept telling me as I complained that I was the only one complaining and they had a perfect record. If it's so perfect why do they have an electronic system in place to legally shut someone up. My recommendation is you can get equal or better work for much less. Don't let their push for you to move quick whether their flawed inspection is saying there is a problem or of the supposed price savings. I decent company would not play the pressure game of speed. Also they advertise in their brochure the TriGuard insolation is Made in America. The bag it came in said Made in China. I do have a picture of that.
Shane and Patrick installed our attic ventilation system and multi-layer insulation. They were very professional and pleasant and enjoyable to work with. On the downside, the company rushes you to make a decision that day and came the very next day. I definitely felt pressured and not ready to make a decision. The price goes up considerably if you don't sign that day. They charge for miscellaneous items that are unnecessary.
Shane and Patrick came out to my house to do my annual inspection and noticed part of the house was not done by two former employees they didn’t have to say anything but they did

We attended one of their information seminars, and they were very thorough and informative. We had a free home inspection, and ultimately decided on their solar powered attic fan. Rex and Damus arrived the following day and were extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the product and installation. They professionally installed the fan in about 45 minutes, cleaned up everything and finished speaking with us. Could not have asked for better service!
