Customer support and aftercare
Customer support and aftercare is unavailable, been chasing for 8mths now pursuing legal route, your left alone they do not answer emails, telephone, voicemails, When you pay in excess of £15k you expect better, I would score zero but not allowed to.

Buyers beware..
Buyers beware..I used this company to renovate a bathroom that was a bit outdated. The price paid does not reflect the finished product, and should you have any issues and want to use the 10 year warranty that they use to ease your concerns then don't bother as they will not respond. The bathtub has failed due to stress and I have contacted HomeStar 5 times and every time I get get told someone will call me back, they don't.I have Emailed an official complaint and still no response.I have had a previous home improvement done with this company and got another waiting for the surveyor to show up, he has pushed it back once and no showed once and last time I tried to make a appointment they was going to call me back to confirm it and didn't.I recommend getting a local company that will have your interest at heart and will not overcharge you on a service just to ignore you if you have any issues.Very disappointed with my experience.

Untrustworthy & Pushy
I was provided this company through a government scheme, and they arranged for them to visit my home to give me a free quote in March. The salesman arrived over 30 mins late, then proceeded to asses my home & gave me an initial quote for £12,350 for 6 windows & two doors..Due to how horrified I was at this, he then proceeded to 'alledgedly' get on a call to his boss (even though it was after 8pm) to give me a 30% reduced quote of £9,500.Naive maybe, but I wasnt expecting the cost to be so high, so I requested that the quote be broken down & emailed to me, so I could absorb the information & see what I wanted to do. He was reluctant to leave & was quite pushy to try and get me to accept the quote, this made me feel really uncomfortable in my own home as he had been there for some time so it was lateThis was back in March, the email quote never arrived, so I was just going to move on & avoid the company.BUT today I have received a call from them again trying to badger me into making a decision, offering a further 20% discountThey just come across as a cowboy company that would give you an initial quote then when carrying out the works, the goal posts & costs would continue to change & increase. And I most certainly wouldn't let one of their sales people in my home again, I've never felt so uncomfortable & vulnerable in my own home

HomeStar UK is now my number 1 trusted…
HomeStar UK is now my number 1 trusted home improvements company. The most recent project they have just completed on my property was a resin driveway to match the garage door they had installed for me earlier in the year! They have done a smashing job and I am very impressed with the results, would highly recommend.
