I have banked with Homestreet now for many years now, at least 15. I have had consistent quality service from everyone, from bank tellers to management, as well as customer care. Every issue I have ever had has been addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner. I plan on remaining a loyal customer!
I am sitting here after 123 minutes on hold and 2 other representatives refused to help me. Their customer service is terrible and very rude.Now that Union Bank has dumped me into this crap company, I will be looking for another bank.
