Can’t fathom how thankful and grateful my wife and I are to have come across Honest Car Payment and its team. Reaching out to Mark before making any moves into purchasing a vehicle will always be one of the best decisions I have ever made! As a first time automobile buyer, I had little to no clue about the process and steps I had to take. All it took from my end was that first email I sent to inquire about their services and Mark handled our situation with hard work, dedication and honesty. He responded to any and every questions we had and went out of his way to make sure he responded quickly, even after normal business hours. Before visiting any dealership to test drive the vehicles we were interested in buying, Mark had us go in to his office to have a meeting with Vicky who gave us plentiful and helpful advices. He made sure we were ready to face any salesperson and know how to dodge any of their tricky schemes. It took an entire week for us to closely examine what we were looking for and every time we ran into an issue, Mark called us up to reassure us that WE were the ones the car dealers needed and not vice versa. He made sure to keep in touch with us every step of the way.On the final day, we went in with the dealership thinking they could trick us into buying a vehicle we wanted with their financing option of a loan with a %19 interest rate. Mark was able to play their game and got us a loan with %6.5 instead. We walked in confidently and walked out of the dealership feeling victorious with all the tips and help we got from Mark and his team. Mahalo Mark and Vicky for prioritizing us and our needs. We will always vouch for Honest Car Payment and the great work/service.
