The app is awful, sometimes doesn't even load
The app is awful, and it often takes 4-5 attempts for me to open it before it actually does anything, often I just get a blank screen. It's not very intuitive and is very slow to respond. Overall I am very unhappy with the product. It cost me quite a bit of money too. I shall be asking my plumber why he suggested it, because I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not fit for purpose
The system is totally incapable of maintaining the temperature it aims for. The app doesn't work 80% of the time. There is no monitoring, logging, app insights capabilities.Support is not able to help other than recommend you don't use the app.Not fitfor purpose.

Purchased a new T5 smart thermostat
Purchased a new T5 smart thermostat. Looks great and is totally compatible with the honeywell pro I'm replacing. That's the good news. All bad from there. Thermostat reads out the wrong temperature, and the App to set up and manage it via wifi won't sync. So I go to support. (Resideo). Hard to believe but the support is worse than the products. No help, so after 11 days and many hours, I now have an expensive item of trash. Don't recommend anyone going with this product.

Frustrating
Very difficult to use. The app won't open most of the time, sometimes it won't respond to the controls

Please update the app
Like everyone else has said... This app needs a proper update. I have to restart the app 3 times before I can control the temperature. I am on android. The honeywell home remote unit controller to the boiler is fine and works as it should, but the app is far too temperamental. This could be fixed easily with an update.

Badly designed app
Paid £700 for the whole kit and what a joke. The app must be designed by a 4 years old. Keeps disconnecting from it so in the middle of the night if i want to control my heating I have to login. Can’t even see the screen to be able to type in login credentials. Then it comes up with a message login details incorrect, come back later. What a joke! The valves aren’t accurate, showing a different temperature, it turns off itself and find the baby’s room freezing cold in the middle of the night when i know i left it on 22 degrees. If it was £100 it would have been in the bin. £700 is overpriced and overrated.

Bought 2
Bought 2. So noisy they had to be turned off, downstairs & up, at night. Asked 2 electricians abt adjustment/ both said faulty. One unit lasted 14 mos ( -just past warranty) before E3 error-seemingly uncorrectable said JMATEK UK affiliate supplier based in Netherlands, the other 18 mos before it ran at 70-80% rel humidity despite being set at50%. JMATEK , when asked abt local repair, went totally radio silent. We ditched both units, both non-functioning, & bought MEACO replacements. Would not recommend -ever- any Honeywell appliance, & certainly not their 'authorised dealer'.

App really needs updating
I like my EVO home heating system a lot. Having control over every radiator is fanatastic. The app is well overdue a refresh though. It logs you out for no apparent reason, the schedule is clumsy to set/change, the heating does not always follow the schedule.Need a much simpler and more modern GUI on the app please.

I remember when Honeywell was a name…
I remember when Honeywell was a name you looked towards for quality products...a name you could rely upon and trust. I guess not so much anymore. I recently purchased the TP7OAWKN Dehumidifier. I am here to tell you that the instruction manual is the biggest piece of trash I have ever used...see I actually read it and tried to use it. So far my unit won't connect to wifi (after following the directions that I had to get from the app--not the manual. In fact the manual does not even reference the wifi) and I have no idea if the continuous drain feature is working or not. It was only by a stroke of luck that we figured out how to get the drain feature to come on...certainly not because we found it clearly written out in the owner's manual. Honeywell should just save a tree if this is the kind of writing you let your employees put out. Perhaps you should fire some middle management personnel that are supposed to be overseeing this kind of thing. I won't be purchasing any other Honeywell products in the future.

Be prepared to face losses
If you are going to buy something from this place, be warned, there customer service is non-existent and you will never get a replacement. Bought 2 HoneySet 8 speed Fans. They sold me 2 dud versions through Wilko. 1 came to me with a broken remote slot fitting. The 2nd one is now faulty and only has 2 levels of air coming out and doesn't turn on/off without using the remote. There is NO customer service. Had to go through Wilko, which is just as helpless. They don't mend the issue or bother to read anything the customer says. These Fans are on warranty, and now they expect me to return both and wait without Fans to get the money back, in order to purchase new Fans. Yet I asked for a replacement for over a month. Then they tell me they will collect it, but now they say I must take the fan to a collection point. And they are only taking back 1 fan. They don't care about their customers or that the customer paid alot of money for something that Is on warranty even. I don't see the point of contacting them because they just disregard everything you say after ignoring you for a month. And it is stupidly difficult to get hold of them in the first place. Now I sit with 2 messed up Fans and not everyone just has money to go buy another whilst eating for the refund of one. Don't purchase from them, you will sit with losses. The Ex-or call Centre which claims to be Honeywell refuses to assist as I bought it through wilko

BEWARE...
BEWARE...Absolutely horrible product and service. Got a furnace humidifier installed and also have calcium in city filtered water. The only filter Honeywell Home has minute pores and so fills up quickly and then is useless. So far I've had to purchase 3 filters in 3 months at $25.00 each. Then called Honeywell Home and went through home owner telephone link .... DO NOT DO THAT - even after 48 minutes got no one on the phone so called back in as Contractor and got someone in less than 2 minutes...Turns out they only have 1 filter model, will not recommend any other from any other company under the circumstances - so if you purchase this product you will be paying $25.00 a month for their filters.BE WARNED. I'm getting rid of my humidifier and buying another company's.

My Honeywell home keeps resetting the…
My Honeywell home keeps resetting the thermostat to 18 degrees. So I will wake up in the middle of the night boiling or I will come home from work and the heating is on. With the cost of energy going up so much I am limiting the usage of my heating. But this seems like a scam as if they are in cahoots with the energy companies and turn my heating on whenever they want. So I just have to turn the radiators off from the boiler to make sure my heating only comes on when I want it. So its absolutely pointless having a smart heating system if is is just turning it self on all the time. Stupid not smart. Seems like scam.

Avoid Honeywell Evohome
Avoid Honeywell Evohome. System very temperamental, radiator sensors need batteries - some work some don’t with same brand of new batteries. Some loose connections, they switch themselves on and off. Two of my sensors won’t re-screw to radiators. User guide QR sends you to a promotional video only. Replacement sensors cost £100. Waste of time and money. A heating system shouldn’t need a WiFi connection!!! Money making scam.

Avoid This Money Grabbing Company!
A little over 2yrs ago I bought 3No Plug-in Doorbells (model no.: DC515NBS) for a total of approx. £120 - a lot of money for doorbells, but thought I would be worth investing in a product that would last a long time...how wrong was I!!Each of the doorbell came with its' own push button, but over the period I owned the doorbells, each push button I used became faulty. The fact I had 3No push buttons, I wasn't too concerned since I could replace the faulty one with the spare one I had. However, when I used the 3rd push button and that too started to develop a fault I contacted Alina at Customer Support for Honeywell Home Products.Despite providing video evidence of the issue that I was facing with the push buttons and photographs of all 3No used push buttons, Honeywell (the manufacturers) where unable to identify the cause of the fault and instead of replacing all 3No push buttons, offered to replace just 1No of the doorbell as a "goodwill gesture"!Reading other (worldwide) posted reviews about Honeywell, there's no surprise of the disappointing response I had.As long as Honeywell have grabbed your hard earned money, this is a company who does not care about post purchase customer service - please take heed of this review and DO NOT BUY HONEYWELL PRODUCTS BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!If the CEO of Honeywell has an ounce of decency they will start taking a hard look at the way they treat their customers - after all, without the customer, Honeywell would cease to exist!
