I hope I am not biting myself in the foot when I give this company 5 stars, but they have done a good job in communicating so far. I started services with them about a week ago. Here's the highlight of my experience with them: * They have quality servers at a fair price* They had my server up and running in less than 30 minutes on a weekend. * I was able to install the control panel software of my choice in less than 1 hourI got the impression, due to their responsive nature, that even if I had ordered 100 servers they would have gotten it ready for me in a timely manner. The only disadvantages I would say are:1.They do not offer managed hosting, so if you are inexperienced in installing servers, this may not be the place for you. An alternative may be to hire a freelancer to manage the initial server installation and migration (e.g. setup backups) and to perform occasional tune-ups (e.g. monthly check in)2. They offer 24/7 technical support but it's NOT via phone. You have to use either live chat or open a support ticket. So that means you have to be good at describing the issue to them in writing.3. Because the services are not managed, and Host Venom does not have an in house control panel with an interface similar to cPanel, Plesk, aaPanel, or Control Web Panel [you will have to install your own] it is highly recommended that you use a DDOS/CDN combination such as Cloudflare to mask your IP. But, all of this was explicitly stated prior to checkout, so I do not feel deceived or lied to in any way. I went through a half dozen other server companies, and Host venom was the easiest, in my opinion, to use.

Ready2Frag is THE BEST!!
I have been trying out different providers for server hosting for over a year, bouncing everywhere...And performance was lacking everywhere I went. It was either decent performance, insane price, or decent price, terrible performance. Ready2Frag was exactly what I needed. Powerful hardware and great support
We've been with Ready2Frag for over 6 months now. We started with a dedicated i9-9900k server, and recently upgraded to a Xeon W-1290P. Both setup processes were straightforward and went through without hiccup. Ticket response times have been prompt, usually in the 15-45 minute range, so no complaints there. They also have a Discord server with a ticket system that has been fantastic. Almost immediate response, and the ability to far more easily carry on a dialogue when you are trying to actively troubleshoot issues.Hosting support is similar to insurance... you hope to never have to use it, but when you need it you want a company that will take charge of the issue and work with you to solve the problem. That has been our experience dealing with Brandon, Scott, and Wyatt.We had a particularly troublesome time with a layer 7 attack hitting a vulnerability in one of the game servers we were hosting. These attacks, coupled with traditional DDoS attacks that were targeting most of the top servers in that particular game, were causing a ton of issues in the game's community. The guys at Ready2Frag took note of the DDoS attacks that were coming in and proactively reached out to discuss the issues we were facing. Over the next few days we worked together to finetune mitigation that addressed the traditional DDoS attacks as well as the layer 7 attacks. They kept us in the loop, and wanted to ensure that the mitigation techniques being deployed were not causing adverse performance in-game. They dialed everything in, and things have been running great since. It's not often you find a company that will proactively reach out and create extra work for themselves, but as they put it, "when we say we offer ddos protection we mean it, even for the tricky ones, we'll get to the bottom of it."All in all, we're extremely pleased. They're a growing company, but they seem to have all of the right priorities. Highly recommend!

We purchased a dedicated server from Ready2Frag not too long ago. All I can say is WOW! We host multiple game servers for our clients and Ready2Frag’s dedicated servers handle it with ease. I can’t express how smooth these servers run. Even when maxing it out, it still performs outstandingly! I recommend them above many other hosts for multiple reasons.1. Their servers actually perform like they are supposed to.2. The support instantly jumps on to help if you have issues or questions. 3. Professional and always improving.3. DDOS protection operates correctly and keeps our servers running. (Other hosts usually don’t perform like they advertise.)4. The dedicated server’s performance is top of the line.5. They offer AMD processors which is uncommon for many other providers They are adding variety.6. I believe their dedicated servers are collocated themselves. (They used to have an about page. Huge vouch!We currently have two 128GB i9-9900k’s from them and they’ve been nothing but amazing! Migrating from our last provider to Ready2Frag took less than an hour! Support is absolutely amazing and they always respond in a flash. Had some issues with drive partitions on CentOS 7 but support staff fixed the issue in under 15 minutes! Nothing but positive things ahead for them!

11/6/19 EDIT: After 6+ months with R2F the initial excitement of the relationship has worn off, and more often than not we find ourselves deflated from our experience. While we rent a dedicated server, frequent DDoS attacks on other machines in their location were still able to cause interruptions in our networking, and complaints about the interruptions were met initially with denial... then several months later a fix.The company is young, far too small, and inexperienced with customer care. Once their new location opened I requested an upgrade to a better dedicated server and, since I knew they were busy, provided a deadline 2 weeks in the future, which I was told was not a problem. The day came and went, and when questioned about it I was simply told "I have no news". When pressed, voila, a server magically appeared and I was told it was the only one. When trying to negotiate with the price I was given no flexibility, then once I was locked in they announced a sale on the same type because they have a few they're trying to move. I get how sales work, I get they may have had more stock come in, but when I pointed out what felt to me like an injustice (something that previous server companies I've used have worked with me on), the actual response was "Do you do that at WalMart if they put a product on sale weeks after you bought it?" There's no finesse in their handling of customers, and the professionalism that I came to expect from previous experiences renting servers is definitely lacking with R2F. They are experiencing growing pains and we have certainly been feeling it with them. The product is adequate, and I know that Wyatt works quite hard and does eventually try to fix the mistakes, which is part of why I won't switch away just yet. But depending on your needs and resources you might have a better experience overall paying a few bucks more for a more experienced company, and part of me wishes I had.Original review: Still a new customer with R2F -- been with them for about 2 months now, and so far have been impressed. Prices are great, and Wyatt went above and beyond what I would have expected from a dedicated server host in terms of assistance with getting things set up. No problems with the hardware yet *knock on wood* and my users are all happy with the much improved experience.

Super fast set up and great experience. The one question I had was answered very quickly. Player slots for minecraft servers are a little misleading though; my "20" slot server could only support 7 or 8 before the lag became crippling
