I had a reservation beginning at 9:00 am. I even wrote in the remarks that I would be arriving at 9:00 am. When I arrived, I was told that there were no rooms available and that there was no one on site to clean rooms and that I would have to wait in the lobby for an hour.
It was a great place to rest
Could not reserve a room earlier than 9am. It was truly a waste, as I needed the room at 4:30am. Flight got in unexpectedly early, and I was not able to get the fast early booking I needed.
Great experience. We were flying overseas and had a very very long layover in BOS, landing very early in the morning and not departing until late evening. This gave us the opportunity to eat/rest/nap/shower in a hotel attached to the airport during the long layover.
I want more discretion for checking in and out. I have to present my ID when checking in, which is a real hassle.
We ended up with a second layover and knew the Hilton Garden Inn was the best choice for our needs. There was a seamless transition from our regular room stay to the extra hours for the day room. The airport shuttle was also a key reason for choosing this hotel.
I had to drop off my truck while visiting Scottsdale and decided to leave it first thing in the morning before I meet up with my friends for dinner so I used the service to book a nice hotel at a very reasonable price checking in was easy booking was easy highly recommend.

Booking for a day stay was quick and easy to do. I appreciated that no credit card number was needed when booking. I was concerned about the $200 incidental deposit not being reimbursed quickly, but it was, within 12 hours.
