This is a company Otel.com I stronger suggest you avoid like the Plague.Sharp practice and a bunch of dreadful thieves.We booked to go to Lourdes France for last March 2020, but due to Covid-19 our Airline and hotel were cancelled.We have sent perhaps 30 emails of complaints for requests for a Refund, they Never did respond, the hotel was NEVER paid by Otel.com.You cannot get through to them by phone.....our emails one year on are still being sent to there global head office.The Negative reviews of the same keeping peoples money, run into several hundred throughout this country and overseas.This company should be banned from trading permanently as well as taken to court.Please do check what I say on the reviews, it is soooo sad and infuriating.AVOID, DO NOT BOOK WITH OTEL.COM..or kiss your hard earned money goodbye forever

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Cancelled my hotel booking taking advantage of the free no cost cancelation T&C in March 2020. It is now September and despite assurances from them we are still waiting for our money.

Liars, thieves ! Don’t ever book with this company no matter what ‘’good prices ‘’ they offer.They are shifty, cancelled non refundable bookings without my permission and refuse to refund then lie to banks during chargebacks Never ever again, I pray they go bust to prevent this happening to others

Booked hotels with this outfit to Portugal. At the outset of the travel ban we tried to find out what if anything they were prepared to do re our non-cancellable' hotel bookings. Nothing on the website. They failed to answer 6 e-mails and the contact number is based in Turkey and gives you a recorded message telling tyou to cancel.When Portugal was excluded from the lifting of the travel ban - we managed to cancel one hotel but there was no ability to cancel the 2nd. In fairness we received a voucher for the first but with heavy restrictions and reading other reports, people have been unable to use it.If you want to know more, there is a facebook page set up to help people around the world who seem to have been scammed by this outfit. Another internet based company who cannot be contacted, who do not answer their phone nor their e-mails. Best avoid!

I am waiting for a refund from Otel.com…
I am waiting for a refund from Otel.com for 5 days at a hotel that Otel's agent cancelled, without my consent, before the date of the event. They never informed me that they cancelled it I found out from the hotel, who did not receive any money from Otel. After they cancelled it and shortly before the time of my reservation, Otel sent me an email saying everything was all set for my upcoming trip, that I didn't have to pay anything, just print the voucher that they had a link to. The link didn't even go to a voucher. Now they are lying and saying that they have to get permission from an agent that they contracted with to handle my reservation, This is the company that the hotel told me cancelled my reservation. This company is scamming hundreds of people that I know of and I hope people will start checking ratings before using this company. I wish I had.

If there was a negative star I would have put that. I booked a room through this company for a trip to Las Vegas then the Corona virus hit and Las Vegas shut down. They haven't refunded my money

Terrible communication. Hotel was closed due to Covid and they say they won't refund our costs. Both the Hotel and the travel wholesaler that Otel uses confirm that they are refunding all cancelled reservations. But Otel still won't refund it to us!! Never use these guys!!

cancel or change a reservation
I am trying to cancel or change my reservation with Otel because the pandemic from the coronavirus. I have sick in-laws who live with us and I do not wish to risk infecting them. I contacted the hotel directly and they said it was no problem but Otel had to contact them. I have been trying to contact Otel with no luck. I would be happy to change my reservation to a later date after the pandemic is over. I would not recommend using Otel. They may seem cheaper but now I am paying for a vacation I can't even go on.

SCAM!Booked 4* hotel. They send a confirmation for a different 2* hotel.Support denies it is their fault! I have wasted hours already with their support but waiting times are very high as they screw many customers. Just check other reviews and you will understand!

Very pleased with Otel.com.The hotel I booked tried to relocate me, I got in touch with Otel.com customers' service and they managed to keep my reservation with he hotel I initially booked.As I said..... very pleased indeed !

They don't actually make a booking with the hotel and just as you are about to depart they e-mail you to say they have cancelled the booking and look for more money.

I was diverted from Expedia to Hotelstore.com
I was booking a hotel in America for October. Everything seemed fine until I contacted Hotelstore to make sure my room had 2 beds. They told me to contact the hotel directly. I did...and there was no booking.
I went back to Hotelstore they then told me to contact Expedia. I did this also i rang the Uk and was them transferred to the USA and transferred from billy to bob. They had no reservation for me. I contacted Hotelstore again and now they haven't replied.i phoned their uk and turkish offices but no answer.
Thankfully i cancelled my card so no money was taken but this is getting to be so commonplace now.
I made a booking through Hotelscombined with a company called Vivastay at the start of the year and they did take my money and ran. My bank won't reimburse me for that.
Beware. Stay clear of Hotelstore. Their website is all fancy but its all a front.
