Horrible customer service

I ordered from this website for a while and for the most part was pleased. The plants arrived healthy and well packed. I did receive wrong plant once and received no response to my email but gave them another try and the next order was fine. The latest order although was not. I received one plant that was not the size I ordered and another plant was a totally different one than what I had ordered. I emailed and sent pictures. They responded asking for the order number which I provided. Them nothing. I replied twice more with no response. This is my last time ordering from them. Horrible customer service. If a company doesn’t have enough integrity to fix it’s mistake then I will stop doing business with them!

They do not respond….. it’s not a positive place

Have ordered from here for years…HOWEVER…… tried to cancel an order that had not shipped…. Hadn’t shipped in a very long time…. I’ve sent 8 requests to have the order cancelled…. Still not cancelled. Still no reply…. I keep getting an automated message that a response will be made within 48 hours…. Still no contact….. the order hasn’t shipped… no longer interested…… Kinda really UPSET….. doesn’t seem to be very reputable as they claim. Actually VERY ANGRY….. Company does NOT REPLY…. No actual Customer Service.

I came here when the delivery was late…

I came here when the delivery was late and thought I got scammed but the plant came. It's beautiful; I thought it was plastic at first. My first purchase from them and I'm delighted. Just wanted to share.

Ticket Closed by Customer Service without Response

I wrote to customer service and they completely ignored my message. I, like other reviewers, received a "your ticket has been closed." email. Looks like this website might be a scam after all, which is disappointing because it looked great at first.

I keep trying to reach out to this…

I keep trying to reach out to this company, but as soon as I send an email, they send a message letting me know that they’ve closed my ticket. That’s happened twice in 10 minutes. I wouldn’t feel comfortable relying on them for customer support.

RIP OFF

Never received my two orders. After four emails with Cassie @ customer service I guess I'm out my money. They insist my orders were delivered, NOT! They refused to replace and offered me only a 30% refund.Their CS guarantee of satisfaction is a joke!DO NOT BUY---SCAMMERS!

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!I ordered plants and they never arrived. Company said they were shipped and delivered but could not provide proof of delivery “the shipper said the items were delivered “ NOT! Their guarantee is worthless! Don’t waste your time or money!!

This is my last time ordering from this…

This is my last time ordering from this site. My poor plant arrived with barely any leaves, a zip tie sucking the life out of it, and looking incredibly sad.... I ordered a Alocasia Hilo Beauty and Alocasia Bambino before, which both died within a week. I tried to give them another shot as I saw a plant I really liked... this poor plant has seen some days. I have another plant coming tomorrow, and I'm praying that it arrives safely... This company is officially going on my "do not buy from" list. I wish I was able to leave a picture...Not to mention they stole the picture off a different website... I saw the exact same plant, for sale with the same picture on another website...There was even rat poop in the box, and inside the plant soil... I had to repot it immediately and wash my hands thoroughly....Not only this, but they kept my reviews from all 3 plants from being published on their website...

“Guarantee” is worthless. CS is useless

Hey, I was loving being able to get plants at decent prices online. It didn't matter that shipping took a little while. But when it came time for them to stand behind their customer service promise of a guaranteed healthy plant? They failed big time.My Chinese money plant arrived sickly. Yellowed leaves - awful. But I have it some sun and checked the watering. It was so sickly, that I had to repot it within a day (normally I let them acclimate) because it was just too sick. There really weren't any roots and I had to hold the plant together. It got the correct soil. It got what it needed. Stayed sickly. One by one, leaves turned yellow, then browned and died. I contacted them several times and no matter what, they gave the same line: We think it will thrive. Leaves turned inside out (not a healthy plant) - they deny a problem. The leaves continue to yellow and die - they deny a problem. I have adjusted sun, water and even replanted again to make sure I have done everything. Still sickly. Still reporting problems. Still they say "It will thrive" - it hasn't. It isn't. It won't. This is an awful experience and they kept my review of the plant from being posted on the site!There are other sites. Know that this one doesn't stand behind the guarantee and will just keep lying to you saying "It will thrive" no matter what.

Happy with my purchase!

Bought two different Pothos plants and a Hypoestes. Everything shipped really fast, 2 days to cross half the country, even during our early 2021 Covid shipping delays. The plants were all stuffed full in the pots and extremely healthy. Sent at the perfect time to repot them in their new home. I really wish they would keep more stock on hand of everything. As I would buy more at one time to save on shipping, but they do run out of stock of (it appears) about 50% of their plants all the time. I don't take away stars for that, since it is right up front about what IS in stock, so that is fair. Will definitely buy from this shop again, and if anything of import comes up, will update my review! :)
