Stop Scam Culture
Unfortunately, I was diligent in my search to locate a licensed, bonded, and insured company to assist me with my new RVs journey home. Reaching out to approximately 10 companies for quotes proved to be a "scam festival" of people requiring abrasive deposits to "assign a driver" and get the licensing information I desperately was seeking with my quotes; however, HyperCarship Logistics LLC USDOT number (4036091) was so forthcoming I was pleased with my quote on 09/13/24 for the move that did not get on the books until 10/10/24. In texting, they promote a $0 down for transparency all the way until you get to the end and require your credit card and deposit to schedule the driver. With so much misrepresentation, I am prompted to do a Google search and second link is the BBB with 4 unresolved unsatisfied responses to the further misrepresentation of cost $800.00 that turns into $1,200.00 on delivery and so on. This company offers no guarantee on dates promoting a 1st requested date that is fine print within a 1 to 5 day period of delivery and I quote, "With our partial payment system upon carrier assignment and balance due in cash on delivery, we aim to provide you with a secure and hassle-free shipping experience. This approach allows us to maintain transparency, commitment, and convenience throughout the process, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind." Absolutely, and zero commitment to honoring any portion of this starment in the link that was thrust at me to indicate my estimate, request an upfront payment, and no get your guaranteed date without an additional sliding scale payment of there choosing. Please assist us in halting the scam culture of our current generation and do not succumb to the pressure of hiring a business who outright blatantly has no intention on being transparent with each stroke of the key changing there personally outlined intent of maintaining transparency, commitment, or convenience.*** 4 👎🏽 Unresolved Complaints Last 12 Months*** 1 🌟 Rating Yelp

A terrible experience with them. It was pretty much same story has other reviews bait and switch. This story starts after hyper quote a price and got my deposit ( I know now that it was their fee that they charge and thenthe rest of the quote goes to the driver when they deliver) then the day before pick up they said the truck that was supposed to pick up had accident and they they had another truck that could pick it up for $300 more. I had to pay 200 more. The driver who had been in the USA FOR ONLY 1 MONTH. Picked it up but had parked his trailer on a slight incline with the back facing down. He drove the car in and not make sure it was in park, (park worked fine when it arrived) got out and car and it rolled off the trailer down the road and hit a stop sign. It dented the bumper very bad. So now he delivers it to me. I'm not going to pay him. So his boss I guess,(thats what his email and phone calls said)offers to repair the bumper and send it back. It takes him 5 months. This was a $35,000 show car. I had signed up for shows for the summer and missed them allMy recommendation find a outfit that has there own trucks. Forget brokers. AND CK THE DRIVERS INSURANCE.

THIS IS A BROKER AND THE WORST BROKER IMAGINABLE!!!!We negotiated a haul across country to CA weeks in advance and did our best to screen the brokers out of the picture because of the horror stories we read online. We needed a reliable hauler that was going to show up and pickup the vehicle on a certain date and time due to the particular onsite coordination to get the vehicle out of storage.This company lied to us multiple times, charged us more money because THEY couldn’t get a hauler on the date and time we agreed to. On text, their English is broken (almost as you are texting with someone from India) and would get multiple conflicting instructions in the same text threadDO NO USE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Terrible customer service, I called them so I could get my daughter a car from California to North Dakota. They told me they could help me and set a specific date and time to pick up and they never showed up. I have called multiple times with no answer or responses. Totally totally unprofessional.

I posted my car shipping project on yelp, where I received 20+ inquiries for shipping my car from Little Rock, Arkansas to California. I’d received several offers all relatively within the same range. I chose Hyperion because Alex said he had a “solid” price and that he could find a driver today. I told all the other companies I had picked Hyperion. Several of them had warned me that this company often times have a bait and switch mode of operation. I have been working with Alex who was prompt in his text and was pushing me to make a decision. Within an 2 hours of first contact, I signed the contract and waited for the driver to be assigned. Even after all the warnings, I stuck with Alex. I called the office when I didn’t get a confirmed drivers name from Alex. He called me back that night and told me he didn’t even post my request and needed to look for a driver. This is after many other companies had posted and secured drivers. My post was everywhere, driving up the price. I told him I would give him the night to secure a driver because I trusted he would deliver. He called me in morning and told me he had found a driver for $1800, which was $325 more than what I signed for. It’s now, 24 hours later I learned that what Alex told me was all a lie. The price changed and he never had a driver that could pick up my car the same day, let alone the next day. I never leave bad reviews and I’m very sad to do this because I had faith in this company and Alex who said they would get my car delivered.I would avoid this company at all costs

Bait and switch!
I stupidly put my desire to get a transport on one of the websites that supposedly gives you an approximate price. What it actually does is provide your information to dozens of transport brokers, some of who are a bit shady. Needless to say, I was inundated in minutes with dozens of brokers (not actual companies who transport cars). One of which was Hyperion. They gave a good price of $580 from NJ to Florida. I gave them the down payment and was told they let me know when they had a driver and transport company. On March 29, I get a frantic message that they cannot do it for the quoted price and need $750 or nobody will take the job. I offer $700 and begin checking other websites, but not before I saw their posting of the job they placed on March 8 offering $750 instead of the $580 they promised me. I got somebody to take the job for less on my own. Here’s my advice. Google highest rated auto transport before you book with anybody. Then call the better rated companies and get a quote. Then use your bargaining leverage to get the best deal. Don’t let them hustle you out of your hard earned cash! I’m still waiting to see if they refund the deposit I gave them for a $580 job.

Just shipped my Elantra from CA to FL on Mar 11th with HyperCarship. Got two quotes up front: first was the cheapest at $570, but they said that price could change 'cause it's based on real-time data. The second was a PREMIUM deal for $690, with a promise the price wouldn’t budge, no matter what. Went with premium and glad I did. Right after signing with HyperCarship, got bombarded with quotes from others, one as ridiculous as $120 (yeah, right). Curiosity got the better of me, and I took the bait on that $120 deal (spoiler alert: they tried to hike it to $980). Big thanks to Frank at HyperCarship, found me a driver in 1 day and saved me a boatload of cash.

The company uses bait and switch tactics. I signed a contract on 3/5/2024, for $360 based on my quote from Alex for transportation of my vehicle from WI to CA. On 3/9 at 8:45am CST, I received a text from Alex, the representative, saying Pickup of my vehicle would be 3/11. I thought great! An hour later the rep Alex said the price is now $1000.Here is the text from Alex:“Distance is more than 2.000 miles and car is SUV.The price which given to you was calculated by AI and it was mistakenly provided you. Actual price is $1000. I know, it seems weird to you but I am being honest with you. You can check with other companies. They just gave you lower price once you sign a contract, they will come back to you with final price which will be more than actual one”Mind you this was after I signed a contract on 3/5/2024.

Wow is all I can say! I originally entrusted someone else with my transport and no one ever showed up. Almost midnight on the day of the missed transport, I initiated another quote and HyperCarship responded. The process was straightforward and super easy. They were also VERY transparent and responsive as I was having trust issues due to the failed transport from the previous company. My car was picked up on Tuesday afternoon, I was able to speak with the driver and Wednesday evening, my car was home with no issues.
