I should take look at the Reviews before ordering products from them. Terrible terrible experience. I don’t recommend purchasing any products from this website or this company. They don’t deliver what they promised you!
They advertised a mother's day shirt gift. I ordered over a week before mother's day. And they didn't ship it until after mother's day. Its now over a week after mother's day and still not here. They refused to refund me and cancel the order over a week ago
Ordered personalized baby, toddler and moms tshirts for Mother’s Day. I ordered them 3 weeks prior to ensure we had them on time. A week past the date there is still no sign of them. This company is incredibly poor do not use.
Ordered a custom blanket, when emailed questions they responded professionally and within the day. Blanket came out even better than I dreamed of. Definitely will be a return customer
I placed an order on their website about a month ago, and received it, even during the Xmas season. Happy enough! And my dog loves his new pillow :-)
There is a reason the current 21 out of 23 reviews are poor. I ordered my item on October 23rd, exactly 55 days ago. I have yet to receive my order. Several emails (they have replied) basically provides a weak apology, thanking me for my patience, blaming the pandemic for slow shipping and including a tracking link. The slow shipping is just one of the issues. Per their email they did not even process and complete the order until November 24th, one month later. If my performance was this poor at work I would have been fired. No excuses. I am requesting a refund but given the other stories I am not confident I will receive one- at least not easily. Buyer beware.
I've been waiting for close to 2 months for my package to arrive from Iartify and they have yet to even ship it from the facility. I did not realize this company was based out of China, but even so, nothing should take 2 months to ship! And worst of all, this is for a Christmas gift, and at this rate, it will not be arriving here by Christmas (even though I planned this way in advance, thinking 2 months would be more than enough time). DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Dishonest company. This is a scam. They have an address in Ireland on their website and a stock photo of western-looking people to make you think they’re located in Europe. The company is in fact in China, which means that shipping takes absolutely forever. This company uses relentless Instagram ads to draw people in since there is no way to validate the legitimacy of the company on that platform. My order is missing after over a month and will miss the holidays. I am requesting a full refund, which will likely require months of emails if other reviews are any indication. Do not use.
Like nearly every other rater, the item I ordered took over 3 months to arrive! It missed both my daughter’s baby shower & my granddaughter’s birth. After sending them several increasingly angry emails which were never answered, they surprisingly sent me a refund after nearly 3 months of complaining. Even more surprising: the item was delivered a week later. I was tempted to send it back, but I couldn’t prolong this exasperating experience & my daughter liked the very belated gift quite a bit. So I have contacted Iartify again to offer re-payment. I believed the company was located in the US & had no idea it would take so long to arrive, no doubt in part due to COVID-19 disrupting international shipping. Anyway, since other reviews are equally bleak as mine, I doubt I will purchase from them again, but having finally received my item & finding it to be of good quality & as advertised, I believe they deserve some payment from me which I have offered.
I placed an order on April 15th from this company and I STILL DON’T have my order. This is the longest I have ever waited for a package to come. I contacted them numerous times and they say the same thing each time. Also they send me my tracking information like I don’t know. This is unfair I would recommend NOT ORDERING from this company EVER. Someone I know order something from China and it came in two weeks and they keep blaming what’s going on in this world for an excuse.
WORST COMPANY EVER!I ordered a matching set (Adult t-shirt and baby onesie). Since this was a matching set, they were supposed to be the same color. They weren't! After emailing this company back and forth for over a month, I find out they didn't have enough onesies in the same color as he t-shirt, so they just sent me it in another color. This doesn't help me at all since they were again, supposed to be a matching set.Order came over a month late, screwed up my order, and had horrible customer service.Order elsewhere!
If i could rate it 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend ordering from this company. It has been over 3 weeks and our items still have not arrived. Their customer service is an absolute joke. Their is no number to call so you have to communicate by email. Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority. Beyond frustrated with this company.
I ordered April 10th, still haven't received my item. I have been given two tracking links that have different shipping information. I'm not sure I'll ever receive my item. I'm usually quick to check reviews before I order but I didin't realize this was coming from China.*edit* finally got it June 18th,smh. My daughter loves it so there's that. At least they didn't steal my money. I'll give them one more star since the pillow was fine once I finally got it. I wouldn't order again from them though.
I ordered matching gifts for my baby son and my wife for her first mother's day over 5 weeks in advance. It is now 4 days after mother's day and the gifts are still not here. I have contacted them a few times over the past 5 weeks and I get vague answers and provided links to the same tracking number that shows its in China - which their site never mentioned prior to purchase. WASTE OF MONEY and completely unprofessional customer service that don't care about customer satisfaction. Could have had a regular customer of they simply offered store credit at the very least.
Two Months and nothing!It has been nearly two months and I ordered items a month in advance to be sure I had it for Mother's Day. Needless to say, my wife had nothing to show for her very first Mother's Day. After contacting Iartify on numerous occasions, they simply told me to "wait". DHL has never updated their shipping details and had said the only ones that can check the order status is Iartify. When I sent Iartify an email saying they had to contact DHL so I know where my order is, they never responded.IArtify does not care about their customer! I feel awful I had nothing for my wife for her first Mother's Day. I ordered with so much time in advance, taking into account their shipping time. Iartify, it seems I will never get my items I was so excited for. I want a refund and for goodness sakes, PROVIDE A CONTACT NUMBER!!!
Let me say this yes shipping is horrible I mean Its coming from china and giving whats going on in the world I can be more understanding with shipping from china to Va! I gave them 3 stars because I received my item after waiting a month and it is so beautiful and everything that was advertised! Would I order from them again? Maybe but not for something I want within a month!! I was discouraged when I was waiting for it to come and started reading the reviews and was scared that it wouldn’t be what I ordered or good quality but it’s amazing!! Just know that the turn over time is at least a month when you do order.
Ordered April 2nd for mothers day. Delivered May 12th, two days after mothers day. This is because they are running print on demand and shipping from China. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible customer service and experience overall. Placed an order 20 days ago and I'm yet to receive it. No communication on when the product is going to arrive. Got a DHL tracking number stating my order is somewhere in China since May 3rd. Don't buy from this site.
Terrible service. Hude delays in sending my order, they claim 5-7 workimg days, it took 15 working days - 3 weekend just to send it. I must now wait another 20 working days for delivery.
This company mislead me to think their products were made in Ireland but they're not and made in China. I sent them an email after receiving my order wanting to return with a full refund. Only to be told they cannot refund me anything. False advertising is illegal. I would not support or purchase anything from China. BEWARE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
