No warranty
I bought a bike without assembly and because of that the bike came with failed parts. On top of that they said that without assembly they can't give warranty. They don't say that on the website. Stay away from them.Ps.Still no warranty repair

Very easy to deal with
Very easy to deal with. Great communication. I accidently placed my order for the wrong size bike. Cancelled and reordered straight away, no problem.I recieved a couple of phone calls to put my mind at ease before I transferred any funds.Easy transaction.

Very bad experience
First online purchase of a bike and very bad experience. I paid for the assembly and the bike assembly was a mess, almost nothing working as expected and customer service simply don't answer to any of my emails.Add to that late delivery + bike not marked despite it's a legal obligation in France for all vendors...simply can't recommend it !

I placed and order for a small part and…
I placed and order for a small part and wanted to get confirmation about the product and about making the payment as it seems a bank transfer is the only method for payment. I have tried for 4 days using both the online chat bot and through email to contact IBK and have had no response. They do seem to reply to reviews so trying to get someone to contact me this way.

Their "In stock" is not trusted.
Ordered a bike which was "in stock" on 16 of october, with expected delivery date of 22 october. Received on 10 November. It missed my kid's birthday. Hard to communicate with them, but they told me they are waiting for bike from orbea, while it was still "in stock" on a site.

IBKSport is excellent
My experience with my salesperson Rosi at IBKSport, was excellent. I live in Hawaii, and wanted to purchase an Orbea Wild H20, Bumblebee Yellow, emtb. I searched online and found that IBK had the bike I wanted in stock, and they had a better price than anyone in the USA. In the US, ebikes are big business right now, and buying one is like buying a car. You have to deal with high pressure salespeople, with questionable honesty.I never felt pressured by Rosi or anyone at IBK. So I purchased the bike from Rosi for a very good price, but now the logistics of the shipping had to be worked out, and that proved impossible. UPS quoted a price of $600 USD, but when I was ready to book the shipment and pay, their price went up to $4800 USD. I had to accept the fact that it was going to be impossible to ship the bike from Spain to Hawaii, for a reasonable price. Spain is 12 hours ahead of Hawaii, so with a heavy heart I sent an email to Rosi and the manager at IBKSport, explaining the results of my shipping investigation, and requesting that they cancel my order and refund my purchase price. I was hoping that there would not be a problem getting the refund. The next morning when I got up, there was an email from Rosi and IBK stating that my money had been refunded. I was impressed with their integrity.I would encourage anyone looking to buy a new bike, to seriously consider IBKSport, because they are honest, patient, and have very competitive prices. Rosi was excellent.

They were very good on communications…
They were very good on communications for the purchase & shipping. When FedEx damaged the bike box, not so much. I asked for what was in the box to know what might be missing. Don't think the ever replied. I called a stateside Orbea dealer & they were able to provide the information.

UNFAIR INFORMATION
The product shown on the internet picture is not the one receved. The picture shows a product including 2 parts only one part was sent. The website doesn't give any information about thoes 2 parts and the second part is not sold so the product received can't be used. 75 € lost !!!
