Only refunded after I threatened to report them for scamming
Found a fabric I liked on ifabric. Placed my order but almost immediately followed up with an email inquiring on sizing of sequins on the fabric (requesting that if they were too large I simply be refunded). The email went unanswered and instead about tracking number was added to my order. No problem, except that the tracking number was changed multiple times by the company and the package never actually made it to UPS. A "$0.00" credit was then posted to my checking account from the company. I emailed a second time, about the supposed refund and lack of response. Again, no answer. Only after I sent a third email this morning, telling them I will be reporting them to the BBB and FTC if the tracking either doesn't post or the order was not refunded. Only then did they reply to my email letting me know I was refunded. The refund posted to my account within hours. TLDR: S H A D Y. Not even worth the hassle for the semi-low prices. If you have a local fabric wholesaler, stop in and see if they can't help you better than these jokers.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order and several days after asked when it was going to ship. They lied and said it would ship that day. A couple days later I emailed them again, as my order still hadn't shipped. Instead of offering any help they canceled my order.

Customer Service Phone is a Scam
I ordered a swatch of satin for a flower girl dress. The swatch cost $9.00 to ship. Then I saw a few more fabrics that might work, so tried to contact them via phone and email for DAYS. Phone went to machine that said full, no messages. I tried many times in the day. I sent at least 2 emails trying to see if I could add to my order. No response. Then, 4 days later, the swatch shipped. Now I see I am getting credited the amount. Not sure if this means I am getting nothing. Oh well....terrible customer service....really none.

Needs a score of 0!Sent the wrong fabric after a 5 week delay. I returned the fabric. Since then the company will not respond in any way.NO ANSWER ON PHONENO CHAT RESPONSENO ANSWER TO MULTIPLE EMAILS. All I want is proof that they issued the refund that they said they processed in January.

In the process now of trying to find out where my order is I will be disputing the transaction if i don't hear from them TOMORROW!..UPS SAYS LABEL CREATED BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ORDER. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE...NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE.( Been calling for days)all to be sent to voicemail. I SENT EMAILS ALL JUST TO SAY SOMEONE WILL RESPOND WHEN THEY GET A CHANCE???? HOW IS THAT GOOD BUSINESS..its the 26th of Feb and ordered on the 10th!! I have never had a order even in California to take this long getting to me..sooo disappointed

TERRIBLE. Do not shop hereAbsolutely horrible customer service. I received a notice my order shipped 2 weeks ago, however, the tracking number stated the order sat in "label created" for the entire 2 weeks. I had to contact customer service several times to finally get my order shipped. They refused to tell me where my order was, they only finally decided to actually ship it after I emailed and then treated me like I was stupid.They will try to call you a liar when you review them, if you order from them screenshot and save EVER interaction with them.

I was scammed out of $111.92 - The fabric never came. They stopped responding to emails. I am out of the money because I waited too long to dispute thinking I could get my stuff shipped to me. Do not fall for it. Look at the BBB reviews!!!

I have had great luck with this company! Both their products and there customer service were Amazing. I purchased fabric. It look gorgeous! Just ordered 3 more yards to make a matching. The price of the fabric was 1/3 what my interior designer wanted to charge me and the quality of the fabric was much better than the sample her supplier sent for approval.
