Our Ignis electric fireplace is stunning - but out of commission for months
Our Ignis electric fireplace is stunning and less than 1 yr old. Fireplace stopped working 3 months ago. We submitted warranty forms properly. No response. Hired an attorney who sent out a first letter. No response. Then certified ~ no response. Only requesting a clicker replacement since apparently we have a defective remote. No response. Call them and they no longer respond. Their customer service is null and void. Would not recommend purchasing from Ignis due to their non responsiveness. And all we need is a remote replacement!
