My relationship with iHealth “Pulse Oximeter”.

My relationship with iHealth relates to using their oximeter device twice daily I think since 2021, I use their app to register both my oxygen levels twice daily, and weight once per day( entered manually). I have just recently figured out how to identify the residual battery charge, whereas previously I recharged about once per week, I am currently looking at 50% residual after 22 days usage. How to get at the current battery charge, “hold down the startup button, and it will cycle through to show the current available capacity”. I hope this may be helpful to others, though this capability is probably in the instructions somewhere, who reads the manual before jumping into the pilot’s seat. The app feeds it’s data into the “iOS Health system without fault”.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review — Outstanding Customer ServiceI recently had an issue with my iHealth scale — it stopped syncing my weight and body metrics. I sent an email requesting help and asked if someone could call me. To my surprise, I received a call almost immediately.Jade from customer service was fantastic. Even though I happened to be at the pharmacy when she called, she patiently walked me through initial troubleshooting steps over the phone and assured me she’d also send detailed instructions by email so I could try the steps again once I got home.When I got back, I followed the emailed instructions, and my scale is working perfectly again.I’m genuinely impressed by the prompt response, professionalism, and kindness. Customer service like this is rare these days. Thank you, Jade, and thank you iHealth — you exceeded my expectations!

I like their blood pressure unit

I like their blood pressure unit. Compact I can leave it on all night, when I wake up, I hit the button, check my blood pressure at a complete rest. I had a problem with their app. I contacted them, and we fixed the problem faster than I expected. I would recommend the blood pressure monitor for everyone. Size matters.

Outstanding support! Period

I bought a Blood Pressure monitor through Amazon and it has made recording BP much easier. I had an issue with transferring data so decided to try sending a message through the contact link. I haven’t had much luck in the past with this type of support but in one day I got a message from a real person with a solution. When I didn’t respond in 2 days they sent a follow up to see if it solved the problem. I wrote back and said it did but I lost some data. Another person replied with a solution to that problem. Unbelievable support. No rabbit hole robot that leads you through a maze then leaves you frustrated and lost.

I purchased the iHealth Blood Pressure…

I purchased the iHealth Blood Pressure Monitor and it works great! I love the capability of storing my readings in a variety of formats so my healthcare providers can see my activity. This past weekend there was a software glitch that prevented me saving my readings. It was a weekend and I didn’t expect my issue to be fixed…I was wrong. The support team fixed the issue on aSunday. Thank you! Randy

The Cuff Itself is Fine

I bought their blood pressure cuff on Amazon. It has worked fine. One of the reasons I chose it was that they have an app for my phone that can record the history. However the app does not store it locally, and, if the company's server is unavailable, doesn't store it at all. I had been using it for months without reading the instructions. When I happened to read them, they were garbage. And I found that Amazon no longer carries it, and doesn't even allow it to be reviewed any longer. When I pointed out the problem with the instructions the first response had nothing to do with my complaint. However my snide response to THAT caused someone with a brain to actually READ what I wrote, and they fully acknowledged my valid criticisms. This last interaction makes me optimistic that they will get their act together. Please note that the unit has always worked properly, and I rather like it.

Best Blood Pressure Device

As a help desk I know that you get lots of complaints, I just want to make my opinion known.I think that the iHealth 5508T that I own is wonderful! Easy to use, accurate and reliable. The software it comes with is excellent. My doctor loves that I can show him the history of my blood pressure. I like it because it is convenient.

Just received my pulse oximeter model…

Just received my pulse oximeter model PO3. it was very easy to set up using the app. Can hold 100 test or you can upload to their app which is easy to use. it is bright and easy to see the readings. It says that it comes with a lanyard, but that has changed and they no longer do that so you’ll have to buy one if you want. No big deal.I have never seen a business on the Internet that has got better support than Ihealth has.

Issues with the iHealth app

Due to a recent update, the iHealth app was not allowing me to save my BP readings. Nor could I log in after logging out. So I emailed customer service over the weekend. Due to the long holiday weekend, customer service was offline. However by Tuesday, Jade handled the problem very efficiently and fixed my issue within minutes. I am now back online and able to use the app properly once again.

I've had a Core HS6 for over 8 years

I've had a Core HS6 for over 8 years, once every few years I have issues with the data synch on the app. But their Service Desk always resolves it, with prompt, cordial and efficient service

Had my first issue with my iHealth…

Had my first issue with my iHealth blood pressure monitor. I emailed them regarding my issue. They (Jade) responded immediately letting me know that there was a network timeout issue in the MyVitals app and that they were working on repairing the issue. By the time I went to respond back to Jade, the issue was already fixed! Very satisfied with customer service.
