Surprising Quality Customer Service
I am very surprised and satisfied with their customer service. One of the items I ordered was out of stock. They had reached out to offer a variety of solutions. They even sent a follow up email when I hadn't responded yet. Once I responded, they replied within a few hours and addressed my choice of solution right away. I was very satisfied with the items I received, especially the accessories bundle! And I'm very satisfied with this customer service. Will definitely shop here again!

I love the Flashbang Matrix Reflective Hooded Bodysuit! It fits very snug and shapes my body more than I expected. I also bought the Night Vision Reflective Cutout Jumpsuit and the Time 2 Get Lit Reflective Cargo Joggers but I accidentally bought a size too big and had to return them for store credit. Luckily the return process was smooth, I just needed to wait for my credit. I initially received the credit for one item and couldn't find the credit for the other. When I inquired about the status of my credit via email, Ardie was very helpful and quick to reply, and resent the missing credit email to me. Great experience 10/10, and I was able to get a whole new outfit that I am so excited to try next 😁

Successful order reshipment
My package got delivered to the wrong address by an external shipping company and was irretrievable. I contacted support and Ardie was there to help me with my order. They were nice, quick to respond, and very thorough. When I asked to replace an item in my order, Ardie remained flexible despite my difficult request and immediately processed the order for me. The order is now resolved and on its way thanks to them! If I ever encountered another issue with my order, I would choose Ardie to help me!

I had a package that was running late, so I emailed customer service about it. They responded within minutes and were able to figure out that my package was actually lost in the mail (not their fault, just an unfortunate situation) and gave me several options on how I could be compensated. Ardie responded to my issue and reshipped my order free of charge, AND gave me a complimentary upgrade to expedited shipping to make up for the unexpected delay in my original order. They responded very quickly and were super kind and understanding, and resolved the issue with a positive attitude! I can definitely see myself ordering from here again! :)

First off can we talk about how amazing their clothes are but they back it up with the best customer service! My account has my old address and I put in my new one for shipping but I had to change one size I was getting so it reverted back to my old address. I reached out through chat and spoke with Joan and let me tell you best customer service ever! So understanding when I was a nervous wreck and made sure to get everything updated and followed up with me to ease my mind! Now I will be looking like hot for decadence ♥️
