Ordered a wig but when received it did not look like the picture. I wrote a harsh review and they wanted me to remove the remarks and would send another wig, (neverhappened. I ordered another wig and never received it (plus paid for it )I know that I would never order from them if it was the last wig place on earth !!!

Place is huge, great selections from wigs to extensions, very clean, organized displays. Everyone is very helpful, polite, professional and honest. Prices are great! Went for 1 wig price was great so I bought two! Highly recommend to check this place out!

One thing i have always stood out for growing up as a little kid was QUALITY and if quality should have a face it is ILONA HAIR. perfect product all round, super soft fibers, perfect level of shiny and whats amazing is the fact you will get all this product and service at a very affordable price. They are the best i must say, try them out and surely you will always come back.
Excellent product. they have got great customer service really engaging and friendly. I purchased a wig for my mum as a birthday gift she is in love with it and am really happy, it looks so good and fabulous on her. My daughter wore it to Lady Gaga Concert- it looked amazing! I would say yes- it wasn’t that much money- for a high quality wig. She came home and it was smooth and nice still after wearing it for the evening. I carefully wrapped it in tissue paper afterwards and placed it in a box to keep it from tangling up- I think that would be bad if it was a big tangled mess. See less
❤❤❤❤ I absolutely love this wig. Make no mistake it will require a little bit of styling. It comes with a little bit of a bang in the front so you can customize that to your face and then just trim around the edges to create the shape you want. The product came in great condition and I absolutely love it. Even reviewed it on my YouTube channel. I will probably get another one in a brown color because this one is jet black.
I bought a pony tail from ilona and I wore it on my trip to New York (it was snowing) and I thought it would get damaged but it’s still good as new. Definitely recommend them!
