Caveat emptor
Posting review to maximize public visibilityI always wait before I post a review so that I can be fair and objective.I had a water softener system installed in Dec 2024. After much research, during which I was misled by the 5 star rating and, decided to go with Aqua Systems. During the purchase and installation process, someone I spoke to, clearly promised me that the first service at 6months is free.Fast forward to 7mths later, the system, apparently programmed to do so, started flashing a red screen indicating a service. I called Aqua systems and was abruptly told that they never do free service calls and I was mistaken.I told them that I don't remember who promised me the free service, however, I was aggressively and repetitively informed that I was mistaken and there is no such thing.I guess this is also how they will respond in case the system has a warranty issue.The service is not an issue - in fact I do not even want to deal with people who have the gall to call me a liar. However, I am posting this review for the benefit of people shopping for systems so that they can make an informed decision.
