This is our second time purchasing rugs from Incredible Rugs. They have an incredible selection and the technology they have to view the rug in your room is super helpful. The are also very reasonable prices.

I had a wonderful experience ordering my new rug from Incredible Rugs. It was very easy to order online. I loved the feature where you could see what the rug would look like in your room. That is what made me go ahead and order the rug.07

This organization has it going on
This organization has it going on. The pricing was great, but what was even better, the customer service. My rug was damaged in shipment. With a simple picture of the damage a new rug was sent out immediately . You have nothing to fear buying from this organization.

Great Experience With Incredible Rugs
This was the fifth rug that I have ordered from Incredible Rugs. The website is well designed and placing my order was easy. After placing the orders I received regular updates on shipping. The rug was delivered on time and in good condition. I would highly recommend Incredible Rugs for their excellent service and pricing.

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. Jennifer went beyond what I usually expect from an online merchant to help me make the best and wisest choice. Without this facet of our experience I am certain I would have ordered the SAME CARPET from a different source. Jennifers prompt attention and responses sold us. Also the carpet came in good shape and promptly. Incredible Rugs will be my go to for the next carpet purchase! Thank you!

Wrong color rug
Order brown rug received green rug. I sent pictures to Mr Robert (claims department) and we came to conclusion that I needed to return the rug. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay a discounted shipping return fee. Why am i paying shipping fee when clearly it's states in the site that it was free shipping and 30 day return policy. He explain that rug is coming from.the manufacturer and he will send me a return label in a few days . Yes he did with a shipping return fee for me to pay 120 dollar. Seriously is he crazy. So I ask him how much did he have to pay to ship it to me . He said 75 dollars . SO WHY I HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE . HE SAYS BECAUSE THE RUG IS LONGER THAN WHAT WAS SHIP. HOW SO ? knowing that the rug was clearly the wrong color that was not my fault. But you are charging me $120 . This COMPANY IS STRAIGHT FRAUD !!!!!!! MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY . I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB. FOR SURE. UNHEARD OF SUCH. A MESS . BUYERS PLEASE BEAWARE. FYI. Now he emails me to tell me that I also has to pay for insurance to ship the rug back. He never spoke about insurance until I question him today about the shipping return fee and that pissed him off so now he's trying to make sure and find any type of way not to refund me my money back.. at the beginning of our conversation he only told me to take a picture when fedex pick it up and also fedex would also send receipt that they pick it up from me . Since I called him on his fraud now he is telling me to pay for insurance on the rug. Unbelievable human. MR. ROBERT

My experience with Incredible Rugs was nothing short of terrific! Easy to order, great communication for delivery which was on time. The rug arrived in perfect condition and colors are true to picture online. A great experience considering such a large rug to be orderd online.

I was hesitant since I had never ordered from incredible rugs before but it was a great experience. Ordering was easy, lots of email communication on order status along the way. I was trying to match another rug in my home. This was perfect! Looks great and feel great.

Beware
Beware. Even though we ordered and paid $40 for a sample before ordering the rug to make sure the rug was the green we wanted. We ordered and the rug we received WAS NOT A CLOSE MATCH TO THE SAMPLE GREEN BUT A TEAL COLOR. We requested and received permission for returning the rug. HOWEVER we were charged $150 for the return even though the rug received was not consistent with Incredible’s web site or the manufacturer’s sample.

Outdoor rug is exactly what I was looking for. Multiple pattern choices, satisfactory pricing and great quality. My one phone call after I placed my order was addressed in a pleasant manner by customer service.So happy with my rug that I placed an order for a larger one to compliment the first one.Shipping time was satisfactory. A five star rating from me!

Incredible Rugs and Decor has an extensive selection of rugs including silk rugs which are my favorite. I found exactly what I was looking for, an 8’ round rug to match an existing 5’ x 7’ rug I purchased elsewhere last year. My home is perfectly put together I’ve been asked if I hired a professional decorator. The shipper lost my package and customer service at Incredible Rugs and Decor went to work right away to track the package and send me a replacement. I couldn’t be happier and plan to place future orders.

Very poor delivery & return experience
We were notified that we would have to wait several months for delivery of one of the several items in our order. When it came, we saw several imperfections and asked to return for a refund. Agent misrepresented the reason we gave for request. The company charged us a substantial return fee but "forgave" us the restocking fee, claiming the manufacturer didn't see any imperfections. We do not recommend this company if there is a chance you might have to return something. Other products were good.

These are great Quality wool rugs
These are great Quality wool rugs, not like those Polyester/Nylon rugs on other popular Home furnishingwebsites, these will shed the first few weeks which is normal but once they have been vacuumed a few times they will be a delight also we purchased a Bissel Carpet Steam Cleaning machine that we use every few months , we have a dog and she loves these rugs

WOW!
Saw a Karastan rug in local furniture store. Was able to order from Incredible Rugs at a significantly discounted price which included the rug pad. Best part--ordered it on a Wednesday evening and it was delivered on the following Saturday! Wow! Don't hesitate ordering from this company. Unsure if there would have been any difficulties should I have needed to return.
