Fast, reliable, courteous

I contacted Infi chatbot at 11:40pm, 20 minutes before my port in number service was expired and John wasted no time in checking on it and resubmitting my request. Thank you for helping me so late John! Pleasure working with you. 💤…(Next morning) it was daylight savings for the loss of an hour and it still went through! You’re the best Infi!

I was locked out of my cellphone

I was locked out of my cellphone again and Avi worked with me and was very patient with me in helping me solve my problem. He was very kind and understanding in my lack of technology. He searched to find a fix and I am confident that my reoccurring problem won't come back

I'm not a customer yet, but spoke with Jacob with the chat feature and he answered all my questions. And the wait wasnt too long and I was ok with the answers given.

IT TOOK SOME TIME BUT JACOB DID FIX THE PROBLEM

It took some time to get a rep. (Jacob)to chat with me... but once I did get them on the line, they were helpful... we didn't get to resolve my problem, but they did help... then, after I persisted in asking for more help, the same rep. kept trying different options.... and finally, we got the phone working... There was a problem on their end...so make sure that you ask them to keep trying. Jacob was very helpful, kind and patient... so 5 stars... Blessings

Services never worked

Services never worked. They could not get the hotspot working. Paid an extra $60 for the hotspot. They refused to give a full refund.

Realized my phone plan expired today…

Realized my phone plan expired today and Tom at Infimobile helped me renew at 11 pm EST. He was quick and thorough! Can't be happier with the service!!

I had a nightmarish issue with spam…

I had a nightmarish issue with spam calls from a new number I got with them. Jass and Jacob just vibe and copypasta. Tom actually fixed the issue. So if you have any issues. I hope you get Tom. Top shelf service from Tom.

Infimobile Activation

I ordered the $49 Infimobile 12 month plan on 02/26/26. I attempted to activate and port in my telephone number on their web site, but ran into problems. I called Infimobile customer support and after a very short wait, Jack came on the line. I gave him the information I had previously entered on their web site. He re-entered it and said I should receive a QR code in an email within 48 hours. About 15 minutes later I received the email and QR code, scanned the code with the phone needing activation, and in less than 5 minutes my phone was activated with the ported in number I requested. Jack was very courteous and easily understood. This was the easiest cell provider change that I ever made.

Switched from Infimobile's T Mobile…

Switched from Infimobile's T Mobile network to Infimobile's Verizon network. Original rep said it may take up to an hour for the service to be activated; 18 hours later, still no service. Chatted with 3 different reps and none of them can help as they said the new eSIM is already activated and it should work. Finally got to Frank and he provided me with step by step activation steps and also a way for me to enter the activation key manually. After all, it works and Frank even called me to confirm my service is all good. Frank rocks!!

Lowest cost cell phone service with good coverage and real people customer service

Lowest cost cell phone service with good coverage and 24/7 online service (real person I just tried), and good amount of phone service. I tried both and I can actually talk to real people pretty quick and I'm happy!
