If I can give zero stars I would

If I can give zero stars I would. This company is impossible to access and they do not provide any service or assistance. Wait time is endless and verification is impossible. Almost like a scam. I really want to sue this company and my old company for giving them my money they are slowly draining every month.

Awful, irritating "verification"

The biggest thing is the absolutely absurd verification steps. It's annoying and irritating enough for me to give it a one star.

Useless organization

Useless organization. No customer services. Antiquated communication with other intermediaries. They deserve no stars.

This group sends aggressive letters for legitimate FSA purchases and then provides inaccurate directions for how to upload documents. The phone app does not allow upload of photos of receipts. Very unhelpful company especially when dealing with health related expenses.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! My wife has HSA with Inspira through her employer. She over-contributed, and chasing their support for the last three months. Every time a new support person joins, and "RESOLVES" the issue for nothing.

Denied denied denied the denial company

This place sucks. They fight me on every charge. Even charges from the hospital for surgery. I will never ever ever have an FSA again. Its my money that I pay in at the end of the day. Every time I use my card it is never smooth sailing. Never again.

I had a 401K rollover from a former employer. I did have a little trouble getting logged in at first, but I called customer service they helped me with creating an account. I was very nervous at first because of some of the negative reviews I had previously read but to my surprise the CSR was very helpful! I successfully created an account and requested to have the account closed after the transaction was complete. I received my funds five days after I created the account. I was surprised and very happy to have my funds so quickly. Everyone has a different experience so please do not judge from reviews so quickly.

Inspira want me to speak with every single one of their customer reps

I was going to write a lengthy post detailing exactly how many times I've tried and failed to get my money out of Inspira. Then I read a few reviews and realised "Oh, its deliberate - that's just how they do business". Suffice to say, when their email refers to you as a "valued client", I'd take that with an enormous boatload of salt. I had a similar revelation years ago when I finally understood the purpose of an Indian finance department is NOT to pay their suppliers.Once you accept that, Inspira "customer service " (sic) makes perfect sense.

Jank website and frustratingly slow process

After leaving my previous company, they rolled my 401K over into an Inspira Financial IRA. The entire process has been frustrating. When I first attempted to claim my account, the login flow broke on the website. I then called customer service, who informed me that I needed to wait over a week for my information to be reflected in their database (since the transfer had just happened).Fast forward 2 months, and I tried to claim the account again. And again, the website showed me error messages, so I called customer service. The rep helped me submit the right verification documents, but then informed me I had to wait another 10 days for Inspira to review them.Their process is incredibly slow and frustrating (why does it take weeks to claim an account?) and the website experience is jank (I got errors both times I tried to claim my account).EDIT: A member of their support team got in contact with me and helped expedite the process -- so I added an additional star. I appreciate their responsiveness to customers.

I do not recommend this card since I have had it under my Employer they keep locking my card for FSA approved services. When they requested receipts and a Doctors note I sent it in over 1 month ago, they continually say they didnt get it but when I called in they stated they received documentation and it took for me to demand they unlock it especially since money is coming out my check!!! It seems like the same person I keep talking to when I call in. Very Frustrating especially when money is coming out of my check and I have sent documentation in several times.

It has been a nightmare using their HSA account. They sent my card to the wrong address, sent a new letter without a card in it, then sent the card that was supposed to be in the letter which they had canceled. I've been paying out of pocket for two months now and have had to cancel appointments. I can't get the care I need because this company is incredibly incompetent.

They literally make it impossible to…

They literally make it impossible to get your own money. I use them as a savings account to get reimbursed for a couple of big healthcare purchases a year but it always involves phone calls, pleading, yelling, and not being able to understand the guy from India who answers the phone. You literally cannot get a manager or someone from claims on the phone. It’s just you and India. Starting next year I’m not doing this anymore. I’m having the money I send to this account sent directly to my savings account. I mean, how much taxes are we saving anyway? It’s ridiculous. If we want to save on taxes, send it directly to the 401K. This is unacceptable. HSAs FSAs… all we’re doing is giving our money to some giant company that then makes us fight tooth and nail to get it back. As a standard practice, they will simply deny your claim. Deny, Delay… it’s like having to deal with another insurance company. This is the last year I put myself through this.

Delayed ID Processing On Purpose

I filled out the online forms and could not get the site to even load what I put in, so I used the online form which sat for days. Then I called them to verify my account and got a speech about how they see they have everything and it would be 10 days. Then a week passes and I get an email saying my ID was not clear and to re-submit. Now I resubmitted... They also asked what I planned to do with my money on the phone. Honestly.. I am pretty sure they are delaying my access to my funds as long as they can.

This company is awful

This company is awful. They seem to purposefully try and find reasons to withhold paying or reimbursing you for medical and dependent care bills.

This company is a nightmare to get your…

This company is a nightmare to get your money out. Beware. They charge a $300 management fee, but a hickup caused them to freeze my funds, and they would not distribute it out because the custodian I was going with did not provide "proper"documentation according to Inspira. I wanted to transfer to Webull which is large well known trading brokerage. So after they failed the transfer request, they froze my money with AMP broker, and I wasn't able to access it without doing an IRA early distribution. During this time my money sat in Inspira Account earning interest and at the end they charged me $360 for management of it and $100 to close the account. Don't trust this company.

Inspira will talk over you and not…

Inspira will talk over you and not listen. There is no consistecy and continunity. Every phone call lacks professionalism. Inspira call centers overseas waste so much of your time with nonsense. The Oak Brook HQ is not helpful. Arrogance and no empathy to listen to the problem at hand. No follow-up. Rashida in Texas was helpful but her follow-up is non-existent. Leaving major doubts and uneasiness.

This smells like a scam

Only because I can't go any lower than one star...My employer 401K got rolled over into an IRA with these clowns a few months back. I followed the instructions given to acess my account to the letter, sending the requested documents to verify my identity, residence and citizenship. Waited the required eight business days for them to process everything (why they need that much time is a mystery to me) before attempting to access my account online. Got stuck in this endless two-factor authentication loop (it's a bit difficult when it takes 20 minutes to recevie a code that expires in 10 minutes) and spent almost 40 minutes on the phone to obtain a link that supposedly would by pass the wonky text notification. It sent me to a set of registration forms that I've already filled out AND a request to upload the same documents I sent via email two weeks ago. Still have no idea where my money is and how much of it they have already stolen in bogus "management fees".

I have made 0 money in this account

I have made 0 money in this account. This was a roll-over after leaving a job. The interest is laughable. The fees from the account are higher than what interest is made. The amount that was in the account when I left the job in 2019 has hardly changed. Then, they charge a $25 fee to get your money out.If you roll over to this and are able to roll over to somewhere else, do it. If you are over 59 1/2, take it out. A regular savings account will make more money for you.
