The driver arrived on time. The car is beautiful and comfortable. The driver went out of his way to help us despite terrible traffic. He also helped us with our luggage. Very professional.
Avoid this scam! We have booked a ride to get to the airport with our 4,5 months old baby days in advance because we wanted to make sure we have a safe ride. We got an official confirmation. Hours before the trip, the company canceled on us citing high demand. We never got our money back (USD 180) and the company is ghosting us. This company is fraud!

Unfortunately our driver turned up late for our journey to the airport. Only by 10 minutes but he didn't get in touch to let us know. He barely said one word to us, was tapping on his phone screen whilst driving through narrow lanes to the airport and parked at an angle across two lanes when he dropped us off.I just expected more from a private car service. We had much friendlier yellow cab drivers in New York during our stay.To be honest, if the tip hadn't have already been automatically deducted, I wouldn't have given one.However, the lady who highlighted the incorrect pick up time the day before was a lifesaver - it was set at PM instead of AM!
They state they offer a 90 minute wait time before charging excess “waiting” fees ($1 dollar per minute). If your plane lands early they instigate the wait time upon landing - not the scheduled time of arrival despite the driver being sent to collect per the correct time of landing. Communication is abrupt and they are unreliable. Uber Is a far cheaper and easier option from JFK. Pick up right outside the airport. Wouldn’t touch these with a barge pole. Avoid.
What a great experience! All very easy to book. I couldn’t have asked for better communication, the day before pick-up I was contacted to make sure the journey details were correct. Once confirmed I was given details of my driver. On the day, the driver messaged me to let me know he was leaving and then when he arrived, also providing vehicle information. Our driver was lovely! Will 100% be using for my next trip to New York!
I honestly can not say enough good things about this company! I was travelling with a group of 24 and they were amazing to work with. From the first contact of just asking questions, to the support leading up to the trip, to the amazing drivers who where so friendly and fabulous, to the return trip.... all of the staff were professional, friendly and simply awesome!! Will definitely be using them again when in NYC!!
Used this service for my wedding and would not recommend it. They were impatient and ruined the morning for me and my family. Repeatedly calling and threatening to charge more for being only 15 minutes behind schedule. Trip #39154

I booked online for the wrong time and called the office for help. They were about to call me about it too. The ride was comfortable, and they were professional all the way. Plus it didn't cost that much more than a cab. Love our experience!
