Lack of Independence and Basic Claims Competence
Jet Surety Bond Company showed a basic lack of competence and independence. Statutory bond obligations and fair-claims standards were not meaningfully followed, no real investigation was evident, and the process lacked transparency. They have harmed multiple Consumers. Sharing counsel with the bonded company that violated the law, only underscored the problem. Not a company I would trust to handle a bond claim professionally. Not trustworthy and doesn’t pay. Shady business practices. Should not be licensed.
