Saved me over hundred dollars
I saw lots of negative comments, I bought 2 smartphones and the service was excellent. I received their order emails. Initially explaining that tracking was not available, but a few days tracking was supplied. I was then able to track my parcel. I would recommend it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANISATION - Refunded via Paypal following dispute
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANISATION! (Unless your happy to wait almost 1 month to get a refund lol)! I purchase a Samsung S8+ for £504.95 on the 17/12/17. I paid via PayPal. I received an email requesting to confirm the address which i had done. After seeing some of the negative feedback on this company on various websites, i chased my order via email on the 20/12/17, 23/12/17, 02/01/18. I received no response. I raised a dispute via Paypal on the 03/01/18. The seller had 10 days to response, which they didnt. On the 14/01/18 i got a refund via Paypal.

Don't buy from them
Don't buy from them, placed an order nearly a month ago and never received the phone, sent them many emails and never replied. This is a scam, still waiting for paypal to refund my money

Avoid JGadget4u.comike the plague
I agree with all of these reviews. This is a fraudulent company and I have reported them to trading standards and will be reporting them to PayPal. I have had an appaling service, with pooor communication and no follow up. Stick to mainstream reputable suppliers.

Let your feet do the talkingThis company is a fraud, and I am going to report it as such to the UK consumer protection agencyAll the complaints match my complaintI ordered my iphone8 plus through PriceMinister (also a dubious firm( stick to reputable companies like amazon)), on Dec 4 2017 with a promise of max 10 day delivery period. December 28, after a series of BS correspondence, where they lied and lied, still no phone. DPD claims they never received it. In other words, it was never sent.Share this with all your friends.They are an outright fraud!

Prices are amazing almost like it’s too good to be true but apparently they ship from Hong Kong. Took weeks for my item to arrive and when I wanted to cancel it I couldn’t because there wasn’t an option to. Also they don’t even reply to any emails nor is there a number you can contact. But I still got my item after ages of waiting.

Utter rubbish
Utter rubbish - will never send you anything, will never reply to your questions by email or phone. Just a money laundering firm - they will hold your monies until you complain to paypal and get the refund from paypal - but that can take weeks, so these guys are just using your monies for free... Don't expect any goods to be sent to you...

I ordered a DJI Spark Drone on the 11th …
I ordered a DJI Spark Drone on the 11th December, a week later no update on the order, I emailed three times, last email to cancel the order since it was not going to be here in time, yesterday (29th December) I receive an item from them, a Samsung DeX.......Less than a 10th of the value, PayPal have been really helpful and I am hopeful to get my money back!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR YOUR TIME LIKE I DID. i ordered A SAMSUNG NOTE 8 ON THE 7th DEC. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN IGNORE YOU, THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO REPLY BACK TO EMAILS. YOU WILL THEN HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH OR SO TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK VIA PAYPAL. AS OF 30th DEC I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND

Company creates a tracking ID with DPD but never gives the parcel to them. Steer away from them regardless of whether or not they reply to your initial questions and requests. When there is an issue, they will not get back to you.Still haven't received my parcel after 3-4 weeks.If you are willing to take the risk, make sure you use PayPal. PayPal refunded all my monies.

Worst customer service ever
Ordered gopro, as a Christmas gift, on 29th of November, email said that it’ll be delivered in 3-10 working days. I received a text from dpd saying my item will be with me on 4th of December which. Emailed JGadget4U, who replied after couple of days saying that the item will be with me by Wednesday 20th but haven’t received it (they also changed the delivery time to 7-14 working days!). The tacking was alive on Friday 22nd but the driver couldn’t find my address! Finally got it on Saturday, a day before Christmas Eve, because of that I had to buy a different Christmas gift! Very disappointed with the whole experience, never will use this website again. Trying to return the item for a refund but no luck so far (but what could you expect from them).

Awful experience with this company !
Awful experience which unfortunately doesn't seem uncommon according to the recent reviews. I ordered a phone on 6th Dec as a Christmas present. I had the usual DPD contact saying it was going to be delivered but then delivery cancelled as my order has not been 'received'.......sounds familiar if you read the other reviews ! Why are DPD letting this company do this still ?? Surely they don't want their good name tarnished by this company ! As of today 27th Dec I am still waiting....not response to any of my e mails or on line contacts, no phone, nothing. I have a really disappointed son and have raised a claim with PayPal to try and get my money back. Please don't make the same mistake i did, stay well clear of this company !

Tracking was quite poor but could follow on colissimo/la poste site as dpd site said parcel wasn't with them. Still eventually came via dpd. Note 8 delivered for under £600 and took about 10 working days. Well satisfied and would use them again.

No product, No communication, No chance will I deal with them again.
Purchased product from jgadget4u on 4th December and was delighted tor receive an email stating that the product would arrive on 7th December via DPD. As seems to be commonplace, DPD subsequently notified me that the product had not arrived at their depot. Despite raising various emails for requests for information, these have been ignored. I have raised a resolution with Paypal for a refund as seems the item was a Christmas present, I had to purchase the product elsewhere. Quite simply, unless you are prepared to risk your money and not get the product you ordered, don't bother dealing with this company.

Purchased my product on the 5/12/17, It is now the 24/12/17. I have been scammed by this company after being promised delivery after 3 working days. Cannot understand how this company is allowed to trade?. People, if it seems to good to be true it normally is!.Do not purchase anything from this company!!.

FR --SAV pitoyable et annule les commandes quand on insiste pour avoir des réponses. Envoi depuis Hong-Kong et non Royaume-Uni. Son site a une faille de sécurité importante qui permet de retrouver les informations de ses utilisateurs.EN ----Pitiful after-sales service and cancels orders when you insist on getting answers. Shipping from Hong Kong and not UK. Its site has an important security flaw that allows users to retrieve their information.
