Terrible experience from start to…
Terrible experience from start to finish. Firstly, no consultation, no patch test, no strand test - just a photo of what I would like. For context, I am blonde, and I just wanted it a bit brighter, and a bit higher up. What I left with was a choppy haircut, tiger stripes in my hair and dark level 6 brown roots, and colour that had been dropped onto my blonde ends. I spoke to them after and they have been horribly unprofessional and dismissive to me, only response that they seem to say is “well your hair was in bad shape before you came in, it’s not our fault” - any reputable salon would have refused service, and only offered treatments if that was the case. To clarify, like most blondes, my hair was slightly dry, but in no way could it ever be considered ‘in bad condition’. Honestly, my biggest regret is going here - totally ruined my hair and have no remorse for doing so.

I went to this Salon few times. I was really happy with them and that's why I rated it 5 stars on Google, in my previous review. I was so happy to have found a good hairdresser. But after my last appointment, I am very disappointed. The shop is clean, the environment is friendly and polite. The top quality service is the hair cut but just with Mr Ezio( don't rely on anyone else please!). I tried the same chain in Manor House, close to Christmas time, but the guy was really unexpert and, unfortunately, once at home, I realized that the hair cut was the opposite I asked for: layered cut and I got it something really different. I couldn't come back to them but, I want to hope they would have offered to fix it, without any extra charge from my side! I want to hope that. But it is not fear that you have to pay the same price for the services, even if the people are not expert! I went to the main Salon in Hammersmith (in Ravenscourt Park) in March , I had hair cut with Mr Ezio, who is really good and expert, that's why he should be able to recognize his employees' job. I had highlights, as other times there. I spoke to Alessandra explaining that the highlights usually don't last what I would expect.But she convinced me to try again, even if I wanted to have a color this time.I went around 6th of March, before the lockdown and after roughly 15 days the color was dismounted! I am very disappointed. I paid more than 160,00 pounds, hair cut included, but never in my life the highlights last such little time. I would not recommend it. Never again.
