We visited Joey Sherway and had an outstanding experience. Tori, Jana, and Sarah were exceptional in their customer service — so attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly. They made us feel truly welcomed.The food was fantastic this time — absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Hats off to the entire team for such a great experience.We will definitely be back!
Had a reservation on Wednesday for 5:30 the host was very snooty . We had a high top was sat down and no one came to wait on us for 20 minutes. Meanwhile so many wait staff at bar congregation amongst themselves.. We got up and left and went to BOA across the street and was seated immediately with excellent service . I work at Manhattan Village and will no longer telling customers to go to Joey’s due to poor service .
Outstanding Customer ServiceWent to a customer appreciation event and the staff did an wonderful job with the food, bar service, making the customers feel welcome and celebrated. Our server "Carlos" in SP, Canada was fabulous! Friendly, attentive, always smiling, helping us with drink choices stopping by for quick visits to see how we were enjoying ourselves - we'd go back again based on his amazing service alone!
Love this place. the interior is very decent and at the same time very pleasant pricesI recommend!
