Getting rid of my old car could not have been easier. They arrived earlier than promised and the whole experience took less than 10 minutes. The company kept in touch the entire time. The driver paid cash for my old car. Will be recommending them to my family and friends.
All contacts via text or telephone or the vehicle wrangler picking our truck up, all were courteous and clear. Pick up day loomed large for us and the man who came was polite, personable and efficient. Really liked him.

Everything went very nicely very informative on the phone very quick to pick up the vehicle. The tow truck driver was excellent. We even receive very helpful instructions in regards to making sure we signed the title properly. All corresponding communications in regards to everything were terrific. They obviously have done this many many times and have a proven way, which is very efficient and gratifying to deal with.
They were very nice and made me a satisfied customer.
The driver was friendly and very mindful of hooking up the olod car and off in about 15 minutes.

Nothing really too wrong with wheelyz; the only problem i came across is that they connect you way way way too much over the span of 2 hours they texted me 5+ times about the same general thing when i explained to them that the tow driver was running late due to traffic in PA. Other than that it was pretty ok nothing too outrageous next day they came and got it would have got it same day but didnt have the time personally.

Price was total wrong- person came here as if I was selling a car, not junking it.- also came he was going to give this a women's group- low balled the price, I was junking a car not selling this for someone to drive away. Very POOR, VERY poor. SELL
