5 stars all the way! American made. I recently had to find medical devices for my dog, I stumbled across k-9 carts. The customer service this company offers is phenomenal. (Thanks Kelly) it's refreshing to know there are company's who still value the highest quality product combined with customer service that can't be matched.I just want to add that going above and beyond is great customer care.Not just basic customer service.
