Purchase $75,000 worth of sensors and PLC equipment. They gave about 4 and 1/2 hours of service and training and then decided that they didn't want to provide any service or training and sent me an email saying that I might want to go and hire an integrator. Mind you I have built the entire thing everything works except for their PLC and their HMI and I am emailing the guy once or twice a day with simple questions about adding measurements to an HMI. Company is a joke. Virtually no support documentation on their website that you could possibly use, there's hundreds of pages worth of user manuals however most of them are not specific to what you're trying to do or require a vast knowledge base in order for you to apply them. As an example, I have two of their sales Engineers out and neither of them can figure out how to configure something to do what we wanted to do. Please explain to me how if your support and Engineering staff cannot do what I'm trying to do me talking to your technical support staff so they can train me to do what needs done he's too much of a burden for the vast sum of money you were paid? What's more they incorrectly spect the safety specs for the cage I was building and sent me redundant items and incorrect items. I had to buy the additional items. So you cost me an additional $12,000 and you can't afford a few hours to help me finish the job? That's good to know because the next time you want a sales guy to come out I'll tell you we're no longer using you neither are any of our other 12 plants because I told the buyers you're shady.
