If I can’t give O stars I would. STAY AWAY. Cancel Beverly Law. out of a $45k settlement that took 3 years to settle I walk away with only $18k. The rest went to Beverly law who got $15k and the remaining balance went to 5 different medical providers. DONT NOT GO TO ALL THE PLACES THEY SEND YOU. It makes no difference in the end. They drag everything out so the clients are desperate. And by the way after leaving a bad comment, they actually rushed the process so I recommend continue leaving bad comments and let people know what’s really going down “fight the case on your own and leave Beverly law alone.”

My mother once said that I should follow the traffic rules and I should drive slowly. As I grow older, I have learned to be cautious in driving. However, I experienced a car accident which I believe changed my perspective in life. The incident happened last January 05, 2020, at 7:19 PM. I was seatbelt on, when my car was hit, rear-ended by another vehicle at full stop. Airbags were not deployed. Upon impact, I felt my body and torso being thrown from front to back in my seat. I was shaking and so nervous during that time. Afterward, I got out of the car and immediately called the police. A police report was but I rejected being brought to the hospital. I went home thinking I would get better.When I arrived at our home, my mother was surprised and she panicked. I stated what happened and she was mad at me. I then started complaining about neck and lower back pain soon after the accident. The next day, I went to the chiropractic clinic for an initial assessment. I was referred to One Body Physical Therapy where I attended chiropractic therapy and was discharged with mild relief. After that, I was suggested to have an MRI of my lumbar spine on February 10, 2022, but the pain persisted and worsened. I was then referred to the Pain Management office of Doctor Michael Hayavi, he was so nice and friendly. I consulted my situation and he reviewed my past treatments and MRI results. I was assisted well, I had a physical examination. Doctor Michael made a treatment plan, I need to start the Home Exercise Program, and if the pain doesn't go away, he suggested that I should undergo three lumbar epidural injections. So he instructed me to continue with my chiropractic treatment and additional HEP program. I knew within myself that I would not have to undergo injections, so I tried my best to recover well by attending the treatments on time. After 4-5 weeks, I went to Doctor Michael again for re-assessment, and during my final evaluation, he noticed progress with the treatments. I was so happy. Then finally he suggested, I continue with physical therapy.Last year felt like a nightmare. That accident made me emotionally, mentally, and physically stressed. I had to endure all the pain on my own, I felt like giving up. I have to think positively to be able to recover faster. I didn't have enough sleep, and I can't eat properly because of the trauma. I had to take a few months off from work because I needed time to rest. It is very difficult. I had my family and friends, who were so kind in sending me warm messages which filled my heart with gratitude. I am now sharing my experience with all of you so you can be aware of how devastating it would be after you experience a car accident. So please, be careful and be mindful of your surroundings.M. PLEASE READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS. All of the negative reviews are accurate. For each real negative review he receives, he adds at least 3-4 more positive reviews. The profiles are fake and very similar. Michael took on my case back in 2019, and since taking that case, he has personally spoken to me ONCE in two years. He doesn't even have the decency to communicate with you through email or return your calls at the office for him. He is extremely unprofessional, incompetent, and deceitful. He will talk about a "good game" and tell you everything you want to hear for you to do what he wants you to do. He will make sure to cover his tracks and not make certain declarations in writing; however, he won't be able to scam people for long. He failed to get me a rental car after my car accident that completely devastated my life even though they kept telling me they would for months. He will never update you about your case, for months on end, unless you call the office yourself requesting more information. Instead, you will have to endure incompetent case managers who lack knowledge of the law while engaging in unethical business practices. They will attempt to give you medical advice and push further medical treatments upon you that are not required or necessary. I've had to speak with at least 20 different case managers over the years, and most of them were very unhelpful, providing me with contradicting information about my case and the legal process. When you question their inconsistencies, they say they will call you back with more information, but instead, they will ignore you for months without updating you about your case. I tried to call Michael personally after barely finding his number through two years worth of emails, and he dared to seem annoyed after not speaking to me for years! He still had NO REAL UPDATES for me after years of having my case. I tried to request my medical files and further information about my case, and they refused to send me my medical files or return my calls. What kind of attorney works against you? Working with this shady "law firm" will have you representing and defending yourself. Thank God I made the decision to switch to an actual attorney and established firm before I allowed this clown to drag my case into another year. Once I decided to switch to a real attorney, this law firm attempted to bribe me with monthly payments and has been calling me constantly. I refused. Their bribes or promises are not worth years of your life, your health, or your sanity. Please seek a competent attorney. MAKE THE SWITCH!!!

The Worst Law Firm
Absolutely the worst law firm. I got into a car accident in 2017 and injured my back, and I had a lot of bills. Initially when I got the numbers for my settlement, they were trying to take more money than I would receive. After telling them that was unacceptable, we finally settled on a number. They had ASSURED me every medical bill I had due would be paid off. Now 3 years later, I have been sent to collections by the hospital for one of the bills they never paid and pocketed the funds for. It was for over 4,000 and it completely destroyed my credit, it dropped by over 150 points. I ended up having to pay this bill out of pocket after emailing and calling them repeatedly with no response. They randomly called me today after I tried to get a hold of them like a month ago. I didn’t even bother picking up. Please don’t bother trying with this place. They’ll switch you off from case manager to case manager so nobody ever knows what’s going on, you’ll never speak with an actual attorney, and you’ll probably get sent to collections like me because they are too incompetent to actually pay all of your bills as claimed and they’d rather just pocket the extra money they feel they are entitled to.

After a couple months since my car accident and I was constantly stressed because the insurance was not giving me the justified amount for my car damages. I wasn't sure what to do and my back felt horrible. So I decided to get a personal injury lawyer. Even though it had been a couple months Beverly law still took my case. The car accident had ruined my back bumper since I was rear ended. The insurance wanted to give me less for my damages and it was not enough to fix the damages. Beverly Law right away assured me they would fight to get me the justified amount of money for not only the car damages but also for my personal injuries. At this point my personal injuries were only becoming worse. Guillermo wanted to make sure I received all the treatment that was needed to make sure my back would be okay. With all the stress I would feel my back tense up even more but after months I finally felt relieved. I did not feel worried because they took care of everything. I felt at ease because they were very professional and you can tell they know what they are doing. They connected me to good doctors near me. I received chiropractor sessions and pain management to help my back and neck. After a while of going to the treatments I was able to notice a big change in the way I felt. I think without those treatments my back would have taken forever to recover, or would have not recovered well. Glad my personal injuries were well taken care off. They were great in communication with me about the ins and out about the case. They would elaborate with me about parts of the case that I did not understand. When I was in a car accident I didn't want to hire a lawyer, I didn't want to sue. I did not see the need for all that. I wanted to get on with my life. I exchanged insurance with the other driver and reported the accident. I let the time pass and waited for the insurance to give me money to repair my car. After a couple of weeks they came to see my car and dismissed it as a total loss, so I did not have a car. Then they tried to give me so little for my car. I couldn't buy a new car with it.And to top it off I was starting to have pain in my back. It was then that I decided to get a lawyer because the insurance wanted to give me the least amount of money possible. I called my friend who had gotten an auto accident attorney before. She gave me Beverly Law's phone number and I called them. It had been two months after my accident, but they said there was no problem. They told me that from there on I didn't have to worry about anything. They would take care of everything and they would ensure that the insurance paid what they had to pay for my personal injuries.I really liked being able to get medication for my back right away. I did not have to worry about paying in advance for any medication or treatment. There was no stress on money. I was immediately connected to a chiropractor and they helped me get transportation for my appointments since I didn't have a car. Before long they were able to fight for more money for my car and I bought a new one. I no longer had to worry about getting transportation to go to work. I also went to pain management treatment. There was a big change in how my back felt. That only made me realize how important it is to get a lawyer because they help you so much.The people of Beverly Law are people who care and want to see you improve. My experience with Beverly Law was nothing short of exceptional. I had a car accident and the insurance company was refusing to give me a substantial amount of compensation for my necessary medical treatments. I had to take legal action because after the car accident I could not stand the pain. I had pain in my neck, upper back and the bottom of my back. This firm took my case and helped settle it with a nice check. Beverly Law really surprised me with all the resources they have. In the beginning I was struggling with money because I had to take a few days off work. It was already a plus that it is no costs up front, but when they mentioned to me that they help get you a cash advance I felt relieved. If the pain for my personal injuries was too much I could now miss without feeling scared or guilty that I would not have enough to pay my bills. The case took time to settle but it was okay because during that time I went through treatment. My treatments included chiropractic treatment as well as pain management. With time I was able to really feel a difference in my back. I cannot stress the importance of getting these treatments for your personal injuries. Hell folks, I was in 2 rear end collision, Beverly Law and my girl Jessica Jamis are amazing, professional, trustworthy, truthful people at this law firm. My first accident, I had surgery and am doing amazing and recieved a substantial settlement. Not but 21 days shy of my 1 year anniversary from back surgery I was rear ended again. Once again the staff and my girl Jessica did a wonderful job in getting me what I felt deserved. Both cases were handled in a significant amount of time and these amazing people put up with my craziness on a couple of occasions, and handling me can be challenging. I was so lucky to find Beverly Law. After speaking with Michael Shemtoub about my case I was reassured by the fact he had experience working with other clients that had been hit and injured by a Lyft driver. I could tell by his tone that he was taking my situation seriously and that he cared about my health and future.Having my car completely destroyed was bad in itself, but the crash effected my body and mind too. I was rear ended while sitting still and waiting for a passing train. The other party accepted liability and the police report indicated the same. I hired this firm and was not allowed to speak to the attorney until I posted a negative Yelp Review. I was then contacted directly by the attorney and asked to remove the review and I did because I could not have him working on my best interest while I was reviewing him negatively. He promised to do a better job and I believed him. The Managing attorney of the firm did not speak to me for nearly an entire year after this. I did everything that the Law Firm asked of me with one exception. I refused to continue treatment after I felt that I was no longer injured. I informed the firm, that I was feeling better and wanted to settle my case. I was told that I needed more treatment to make this, "Worth their while". I was further informed that if I did a bit more treatment that the firm would get me more money. I informed them that I had reached my goal of healing. On September 21st 2017 I spoke with the Managing attorney about the filing options on my case and he indicated that he would file a lawsuit if I wanted. I affirmed that I wanted a lawsuit filed. He blew my statute of limitations (November 8th 2017) and then doctored up paper work and sent me unsigned documents as though he had dropped my case legitimately. This office indicated that it had paid my medical bills on December 4th of 2017 and indicated that he would prepare a settlement offer for me to put the matter behind us. The settlement offer was for $400. In March of 2018 this company mailed letters claiming to have dropped my case back in September of 2017. I am now receiving bills from the medical vendors he was supposed to have paid even until this date. As I look at these sequence of events I see that this amounts to the poorest service I have ever received in anything I have ever been involved with in my life. On my current review the attorney stated that, "We're sorry that we couldn't handle your case but unfortunately, sometimes there are cases where people are listed at fault and have no case, which we cannot help out."The central suggestion is being that I was at fault. Why else would such a statement be made? I was rear ended and my damage was paid for by the other insurance company. Why suggest this then cover it with"This may or may have not been the issue in your case." The firm knew this was not the decision in my case when they accepted it.I can be reached at 9162171414
