Trying to contact the company about…
Trying to contact the company about tickets for a show tomorrow. Social media is not manned and email replies take up to 3 days. Not helpful when you need to contact regarding a show the next day and they leave sending the tickets out until the day before the performance. I am doubtful I will get a response in time and this is causing concern and inconvenience, not what you want when you want to be looking forward to the show.

Amazing, I booked the date by mistake and started to panic I wouldn't be able to swap the dates. Dropped them an email and within an hour! They swapped the dates for you no extra charge and resent everything out to me with the new dates. Superb customer service!

We wanted to exchange our tickets to a new date for a show we booked. I emailed to see if this was possible and within 20 minutes it was sorted and we had new tickets emailed to us. Great customer service especially via email which stated takes 3-5 working days for a response.

The staff completely ignored me for nearly 2 weeks regarding how badly I’d been treated at the starlight express theatre. Then the “manager” Nina replied telling me they won’t be replying to me. Weird behaviour from a grown adult. They seem happy to bully autistic, disabled customers and keep my money. Horrible

Amazing customer service from KXTickets
I booked tickets, on-line for Witness for the Prosecution and later realised that I had misunderstood the seating plan for this unusual show. As required, I emailed KX Tickets, and within 48hours they corrected my booking and issued new tickets and without an admin charge. I was really impressed with KXT's understanding, efficiency and no fuss customer service.

I have come back to update & improve the rating from 1 star in my review as George at KX emailed me next day and was extremely helpful in sorting my problem .There is still no contact phone number which is very frustrating but my query was handled much faster than expected. This is sbout aftercare & lost property at the theatre London county hall. It has been impossible to find a valid phone number as the one on google is invalid. I desperately need to make contact with someone in the theatre staff regarding a lost item . I did speak to ETC events receptionist at county hall who advised they couldn’t help had to speak to agent. Am so fed up not getting anywhere with my search. When did speaking to a human being become so difficult.😞

Appalling Experience avoid at all costs
The Hitchhikers Guide to the galaxy experience was cancelled on the day with just a couple of hours notice. KX Tickets sent an email to let me know (that contained completely incorrect information by the way), but I had already travelled hours. So lots of angry and very disappointed people at the reception desk. Do not expect this company to do the right thing they will stick to terms and conditions that favour them, so forget about the wasted day and all the costs incurred, that will be on you, simply expect an offer of a refund or a new ticket for another day. Customer service not a consideration for this outfit, and of course you really can’t do anything about it other than call them out on review sites and hope people don’t use them. A company should be judged on how they behave when things go wrong, and trust me KX Tickets get zero stars.

Terrible Pearl Package at Starlight Express Wembley Express
I bought tickets for the pearl package at Starlight Express Wembley which cost more than the seat tickets for this show so I expected a seriously good VIP experience. It was a terrible experience. We were passed from pillar to post as no-one knew what to do with us. Eventually, a host was found who took us to the Observation Bar which we had foolishly thought might overlook the set. But no, it overlooked everyone coming in to the theatre lobby and there were no staff at the bar. We ordered drinks and were told they didn’t stock them (having been told to order anything. We had asked for a J2O and a pineapple juice. Nothing special!). Eventually they served two of us and had ignored the third person in our party. We had the same experience with ice cream where 2 were served and the third person ignored. During the interval, we were shown to a roped off area and served canapés with little or no time to consume them. The whole attitude was rather surly and rude at times and certainly not VIP. After commenting to the staff member about their attitude it did turn around for the second half. All in all, we felt totally cheated so I complained and was offered a 50% refund. I asked for a greater refund but they told me it was mostly my fault we hadn’t enjoyed the package so it was 50% or nothing. I accepted the 50% refund The show itself was wonderful, full of energy and speed along with marvelous stunts and fun. Highly recommend the show, but don’t waste your money on the “extras” packages!!

Customer service are useless
Customer service are useless. I bought ticket from them I didn't receive ticket and not even confirmation email for this purchase. I contacted customer service but someone named John was not helping at all. Avoid on all costs.

It’s like they don’t want to sell you tickets
So hard to buy tickets!! Whichever theatres/ shows use this company wake up to them ! It shouldn’t be this hard to buy theatre tickets !!!I will drop off a letter to the producers etc at the theatre letting them know how you are failing their potential audience members and all the lost revenue due to your total inefficiency.

I purchased 2 VIP Tickets for 21st December (Come Alive!!) I paid extra for the Refund Protection.Due to the recent Storm Bert our property was damaged and our priorities have changed.KX Tickets refused to refund and sent me to a 3rd party to request a refund, by means of a claim form, they also refused stating it is not covered under the terms for their protection scheme.I shall let my Bank deal with the funds.

Operates a dynamic pricing model and you’re not informed at the time of purchase. In February I paid £153 for Starlight Express tickets which are now £75. Customer Service have not been helpful at all. Don’t bother booking tickets in advance. Wait until closer to the date and pay half the price!

I used this company to buy access tickets for starlight express as my mum is in a wheelchair. From start to finish I had a great experience. Very helpful staff via email, great seats, arrived at theatre to be greeted by Christina who took us in the theatre then seated us. Came to see how we were at interval and also took us back to the car. Thank you very much.

Absolutely Appalling Company
Absolutely appalling company, firstly there is no contact telephone number for the booking office you have to email them. They are short of staff as stated on the web site.It has taken me over two weeks to speak to someone regarding Access Tickets. Spoke to Holly who gave me details of good seats I confirmed the date was fine, book and paid for the tickets only to be sent not the seats I thought I had paid for!Just received Invoice, Receipt of payment and One Ticket when I have paid for 5. They then try to tell me how to find the e-tickets the incorrect instructions.I now have been sent a pdf of the 5 tickets I’ve paid for They never call you back on the day or time you request them to. I have never experienced such a Theatre that treats customers in such an appalling way.!
