I was very hesitant to place an order but the lamps were so inexpensive and nice (all on sale) that we took a chance. Customer support was very attentive, responded within a day every time I messaged them and the lamps are beautiful. Order took several days to ship but once shipped out, they arrived fast to Spain. Thank you!
I didn't receive my order. They don't answer on e-mails.
Its worst costtumer suport. I otderes in Serbia 3 lapmps, a thinkig it is our company, but not. I ask for eny costumer support yesterday all day...phone does not work...I sen 5 mail at list..no answar.They are not trastwordy...I ask my mony beack trow bank..iz is stessful and very bed expirience
I purchased a smart ceiling lamp, but once arrived the product did not match the spec described in their website. It’s not a smart device at all and it produces less lumen than described.On top of this they sent me a product that was clearly opened and poorly resealed, once open the product shows an aesthetic defect.I sent multiple emails to their support, but no replies.I suggest to avoid them.
