I ordered a ASUS republic of games (ROG)gaming laptop with 128GB SSD and additional 1TB HDD.They sent me a different ASUS laptop and not a ROG laptop and the hard drive capacity is only 480GB.A total SCAM. The ASUS ROG laptops are Black in Color with the logo on the top cover and I was sent a Silver color laptop.
Selling absolute rubbish with no REAL warranty. A warranty is no good if you can't make any claims. May as well say it's for 10 years. Positive reviews on various sites are fake. PLEASE don't buy from ANY company that won't accept PAYPAL. That says all you need to know

My daughters MacBook stopped working which she needs for finishing off her assignment and I spoke with Stan at laptop.com. He was extremely helpful and arranged for Microsoft Office to be installed and it was couriered to my office the same day. I’m so grateful thanks for the amazing service.
Useless laptop, NOT REFURBISHED as advertised. They refuse to refund, saying send it back and we'll look at the trackpad issue! If it was refurbished it wouldn't have needed a new battery, the trackpad would be working and Windows 10 is useless as Dell don't support it on the model I've been sent. JESSIE BONA REFUSES to admit the item is not as described and says their obligation is to repair. If it had been refurbished...it shouldn't need repairs on receiving. 10 days of emails back and forth, an offer of remote assistance...would anyone let this happen when they won't call you? SCAMMERS....
They send me a laptop that won’t even turn on. They don’t respond to my urgent request for refund and are not afraid of customers complaining to Consumers Affairs. They don’t provide you with a phone number and are basically impossible to reach.
Don't make the same mistake I did and trust this business. My refurbished laptop has had nothing but problems since the day I brought it, and I asked for a refund and they refused, claiming their warranty only covers hardware not software issues, and they've deemed my issues, (again since day one), software issues. It's a joke. Not only that, they mixed up my order when first purchasing it, and didn't send it until almost a week after my order as a result, and it arrived almost a week after that. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with any store, if not the worst. Avoid them like the plague.
