AVOID. Fraud.I cancelled an order for snow service and then had to shovel due to emergency need to be able to get to a hospital. Next day, someone claims he performed the plowing at my house. He had done nothing. In fact I had not cleared all the snow, but he didn't know that because he never drove down my driveway. I sent photos of this to LawnGuru and opened a ticket. SoThey closed my ticket rather than address it.They are worse than nothing. Better if they were not there, wasting time and taking money, and wasting more time.

They suck . Customer service sucks and text messaging sucks they don't get back to you. I signed up for snow removal and the guy bailed on me. Contacted customer service and they said they were looking for another provider. That never happened. I canceled with them and got someone local. They suck....

The past few months
The past few months, the service was good. I rate the plow driver a 10 but customer service a 1I was notified via text of an upcoming plow. Within minutes, I replied "skip" Thank you.Received response and the next day, they plowed my property.When I inquired about the error, I was berated because I included thank you on the next line. When did courtesy become outdated? If they only wanted "skip" the app should only allow that. Unbelievable!I'm disputing the charge with my credit card and wished I read the latest reviews back in November.Worst of the worst in customer service!

They charged me for a job they didn’t do!
I requested snow removal if it could be done in a 24 hour period because I was having a party. No one picked up the job so I did the shoveling myself. Then today, two days later, someone came out to do the job. I told them no and that it was already done. They charged me the full $86 for the job even though they do nothing! It’s very hard to get any customer service and there is no phone number for customer service, only for sales. Terrible experience!

Complete Incompetence - Can't Deliver Service
Like the numerous other reviews related to the failure of their AutoPlow service after the January 25 snow storm, I would rate LawnGuru a zero if I could. After three days of having them promise that someone would accept my job, they emailed me today to say that they were canceling my plow request. They offered the option of placing a 1X order, which they priced at FOUR times the price of the AutoPlow!Avoid these incompetents if you need to get somthing done around your house.

I would give zero stars if I could. Never showed up, didn’t respond to messages asking for updates or ETA. Even after messaging someone via the app and being told they would get someone asap they never came and I never heard anything from them. I had to hire someone else 3 days after a snowstorm to do the work. It seems convenient to sign up but don’t do it. Now we’ll see if I get my money back…

Very poor service
I had arranged for snow removal two days before the last snow storm. A vendor excepted and emailed he would be here after the snow storm. I emailed him three times thru the Lawnguru email system with no reply from the vendor that accepted the job. Online chat system for Lawnguru keeps kicking you to the bottom of the list for a reply could not speak to chat. Lastly someone from Lawnguru came to my house in the evening looked around I spoke to him and he said someone would follow up with me. Never happened. Very poor service understand it was a bad storm but they could have kept in touch during the storm. Not a service I would recommend or use again.

I have to start off with... I wish I read all the negative reviews before I tried to hire this company. I tried to hire them for the snow storm we had here in southern Maryland. Maria Chicas accepted the job and never showed up. I reached out to Maria and she never answered my two messages. I then reached out to the company twice to ask what is the next step and they never responded either time. Now the snow turned to ice and I cant get anyone here to remove the snow. I am literally trapped in my home now. The CEO of this company should be reading these reviews. If you ask me I dont think they care! Shame on you LawnGuru. I wish I could give this comany Zero stars. Horrible.

Service Provider no show. Called and text him with no response. Called company they said they would reach out to other providers in the area. No one ever came to plow driveway. Left me stuck in my house for a day. Neighbor finally plowed me out thank goodness or I would still be there! I cancelled immediately. Will never use them again.

Booked their Auto Plow service for my elderly parents, first snow fall hit and they ghosted. There was no communication, didn't tell me no one was coming, just didn't show up. I canceled my service.

This is the worst service provider ever. I signed up for auto plow to service my property whenever it snows. We have had seven events of snow this season and a shoveler only came one time. Do not sign up for this app or service they are unreliable. They claim they have experts who monitor snow but they obviously don’t. Find another provider because you will be highly disappointed.

Lawn Guru seemed like a good idea, but I should have done better research. The company is simply a shell run by bots that does not deliver on the services promised. I am stuck with an icy, snowy drive because I relied on them. Do not use Lawn Guru

Self Imposed '24 Hour Service' Did Not Happen
I was not told the service would take a 24 hour window until after booking and paying. The 24 hour (self imposed) window passed - was able to get another service to do the work. Now, well after the 36 hour point, they let me know someone is planning to come and do the work. there is no "real time tracking" of the service as stated; "john" was on his way from 4PM Sunday and this is now Tuesday morning!

Service was great until it wasn't. I am physically disabled and depend upon a snow removal service to clear/plow my driveway. Never was a problem until last night and all of a sudden I am without service. There is no way/no one to contact at LawnGuru so I am stuck. I didn't realize how bad their reviews are until I checked them out. I am looking for a new service now, LawnGuru is a HORRIBLE company.

When I was repeatedly denied access to my trading wallet and inexplicably asked to pay a ‘security fee’—all while months went by with no resolution—they became my only saving grace. Never even accepted a quote, and suddenly a guy was on his way saying I'd accepted it yesterday. I cancel, and get charged $5. Then suddenly the whole site is inaccessible.

LawnGuru is most Unreliable, not trust worthy, most unprofessional. They take orders and assign the Pro for doing the job. Nobody visit for doing the job. On contacting customer support. There is no responce. I will strongly suggest NOT to trust LawnGuru App for any service. They just can not deliver. It's not worth anything. It's absolutely useless App.
