We visited the Phoenix store as my husband is 6 foot 8 and needs something to fit him. We were able to test drive a bike and ended up purchasing online. Bikes came well packaged with no apparent damage. My bike's chain is slipping and I contacted the customer service. I was given 2 things to look at to fix it. But until I get home I cannot try it. But customer service answered the email within 24 hours. Very impressive.
The bike is very well built. I was really impressed with the workmanship. I think the bike should have come with a manual. They say they have their reasons for not including one but there are quite a few things to know about the bike. I would have appreciated a manual.
2 complaints:1. Battery rattling is very annoying.2. The keyhole should be on the other side of the frame. You have to fold the bike to remove the battery and the keyhole is inside the fold???
FedEx delivered my bike damaged but e-bike made sure I was compensated
Its cold and snowy here in the east so I've not had a chance to ride my PX4 but just wanted to say it was packed great and the assembly was a breeze. Looking forward to spring.

The unboxing was great the bike was securely packed, no damage . Loved that the bike was mostly fully assembled. Liked the monitor, simple to use very intuitive. First e bike, loving it so far!!
I was ready to watch a bunch of YouTube videos on how to set up a bike myself and put in several hours to get it ready for my wife's birthday, but assembly was easier than I could've ever imagined! No tools were needed, and there was new technology used to lock the folding parts that I didn't know existed. Lectric figured out how to take away all of the pains of getting a new bike, and how to get on the road as quickly as possible! Highly recommended!!
The bike is easy to assemble just unfold and go operates great.
I believe the product is great, however due to weather I have not been able to ride. The main office seemed to lack experience as i called 3 times trying to get the distance between rear wheels on the trike 2. I wanted this information to find ramps. Also to plan out hauling in my pickup. I purchased a trike2 750 for my wife and a xp4 for myself due to not getting sufficient informaton.I was going to get two trike2 750. The answer i was given was they would work on a wheel cair ramp. That is true for some wheel chair ramps but not all. I ask fkr measurments wheel to wheel. I will give a follow up review when i get my 1st ride.
The call to customer service was easy and quick answers. Order and shipment went as planned. Everything arrived in great condition.
The bikes are well made and the help line tech staff were patient and persistent in solving a minor issue.
