It’s been a year since I entered the world of laser engraving. Choosing Lightburn has been one of the best decisions I made when purchasing my laser. I have had minor issues with the software and more complicated issues with the laser hardware. Not only did the Lightburn staff help me understand when my issues were hardware related through their own testing, any software needs were quickly resolved and made available in the next customer release. I felt I was receiving personalized support from a company who supports countless users. This level of customer support is unheard of in the software industry today. I highly recommend Lightburn to anyone seeking a software solution to their laser control needs. To the staff at Lightburn, I would like to thank each of you for not only designing and releasing an incredible product, but to the commitment you have toward your customers.
Let's start off by saying all these people on here bitching and complaining about having to pay their forgein country taxes, cheer up butter cup, I have to pay my countries taxes along with everyone else in the damn world. Next evrytime I've need support they were on cue, so for those who say otherwise check your time zones we are not all the same and check spam because 99% of the time I have a response within a hour. I am loving my lightburn and I am excited to dig deeper into millmage software
Perhaps it's because, unfortunately, I'm already used to not receiving explanations, to running into walls of silence, or to receiving excuses instead of solutions, but dealing with you has been a real help. You followed the problem, asking questions and investigating my case in a personalized way. I felt supported at all times, and above all, we were able to find a solution. I wish many large companies would learn from this HUMANE approach to problems and find real solutions.
When I had my laptop repaired, I started getting errors when I tried to run programs with my laser that I could not get rid of. Not being very computer savvy, the support I received from lightburn was outstanding. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and extremely patient. With their expertise I have my laser back in action with no problems whatsoever. They are super.
Your associate never gave up on me even when some of the directions were not intuitive to me. After several back-and-forth, the associate shared with me similar G code used on their own Foxalien CNC Machines in conjunction with lightburn, this helped immensely getting me back on my feet to the joys of lasering. Your organization provides great customer service

It would be better to speak to someone. I do not like waiting on an email response. I have had to turn people away due to no answers. It is better if you can talk to someone while sitting in front of the machine. I am still waiting on an answer fro two weeks ago.
Cannot fault the software or customer service, it had been a while since using due to ill health so missed renewing and a number of updates, this meant I’d forgotten my long in details. The customer service got me back in action in no time. Highly recommended
The questions I have are not answerable in the forum. I run a Recovery program (non-profit) that engraves chips at several sites. Need to know if I can use the one license on as many as 4 computers at 4 different sites. Really need to be able to talk with someone by phone to get answers. If not reachable by phone I may need to go to another provider who can provide information.
All that they’re doing wrong is not having a phone so you can talk to them

Lightburn were happy and quick in replying to a question not strictly related to a Lightburn issue.Whenever I have contacted them they are ready to help.
The support, if you could even call it that, was ridiculous. After downloading 2.0 my machine became for the most part, worthless. I lost consirable power immediately. Their response, is your lens clean. I would have been better off asking a random passersby. I have been without my laser for a month now. I have had to stop taking orders, essentially closing my business. I really wish someone else would create similar software and stand behind it even when it fails.
