Support is decent.
Support is decent. Emailed them late on a Tuesday regarding a billing question and they got back to me by the morning. Using the pro plan for about 6 months now and no major outages. Price is a little high but the reliability makes up for it.

Good service. Using it for a small startup to stop the bot accounts. The dashboard is a bit plain but the data is all there. Also, the 2FA really did cut down our fake signups.

Finally a verification API
Finally a verification API that doesn't take a week to figure out. Documentation is solid. We're an e-commerce shop and had it up running on our checkout page in an afternoon. Codes actually show up on time for our customers in the UK, which was an issue with our last provider.
