Self assembly kaleidoscope very poor quality
Bought a self assembly kaleidoscope from them. It appeared to be a .co.uk web site. I then discovered I had been charged in US dollars and the item was coming from San Jose, USA. It therefore did not reach me in time for the gift. Worse still it had no instructions in the box, was flimsy and needed some additional fettling to assemble it. Also glue to hold it together. Worse still the quality was so poor that it barely worked as described.I complained to the company only to find that they are in Singapore (find it deceptive that they appeared to be in the UK). Several email exchanges later they are refusing to give me my money back and only offering a pittance of 8US dollars as compensation. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
