No longer a fan
I have been a longtime fan- I have the OG bag for more than a decade that still looks great. Unfortunately, their quality and ethics have both declined. I bought the Catalina supreme tote on final sale. A gamble, but I loved previous purchases. It’s clunky and the zippers are honestly terrible. I’ve fought with the zippers every time I try to zip. It’s like the shape of the bag combined with the quality of the zipper just don’t work. But the worst part is I wrote a review, verified my email address when requested, and the review hadn’t been posted a week later. They are hiding the honest reviews that are critical.
