Misbehaviour and unprofessional
I had booked a cab for 3.30 am for my flight from Heathrow. Att the time of booking I had specifically filled the form mentioning 2 suitcases and 2 carry ons . When driver came he said the luggage won't fit in his car . Although it was all standard as per aircanada guidelines. The driver misbehaved and the london cars also did not refund my full money . Although I never took the ride and had to go through alternative means early morning. I believe the company misguided you by not providing dimensions of luggage and then blaming it on you and take away your money too. Poor and terrible service.

Worse ever service. I booked a cab with this horrible cab company to go to the airport. My booking was for 2pm, 5 minutes before 2 I received a call from them telling me that the cab will come late 10 minutes due to traffic on the way. I went down to my house waiting for them 2.10/15/20/30 nobody arrives. I called them again and they said the cab is arriving in 5 minutes, and he confirmed that the cab left at 1pm to reach by 2pm. waited to 2.50 I tried to call again and they started ignoring my calls, I kept trying and once they picked the phone the guy told me to find a different cab after waiting more than one hour for them and I am about to miss my flight. Please do not use this cab and be aware that they are using different business names.#dishonest#unprofessional

Terrible unprofessional service
I booked a taxi from the airport to London with these guys through the minicabit platform and the experience couldn't have been worse - if I were you, I would stay away from them.I booked a taxi to pick up my wife at the airport and CONSCIOUSLY selected the time to be 40 minutes after the ETA because I know there might be delays when going through passport control, luggage claim etc.The driver arrived there 50 minutes earlier and kept calling me asking the whereabouts of my wife. After a while, he even implied I would be charged 1£ extra per waiting minute and the parking fee.In the minicabit website, this taxi provider is the best rated, so I wonder what might be the experience with the lowest.To add on that, according to the minicabit terms and conditions, they allow for 15 minutes delay without charge. My wife met the driver 10 minutes after the booked time.Be aware that although minicabit claims they offer "Meet and Greet" for all pick ups at the airport, they do not really accomplish with it. The driver sent was waiting for my wife outside; it actually added on to the 10 minutes delay as she had to look for him.I couldn't be more disappointed with this service and honestly, I will never use them again either directly or indirectly (booked through another platform).

Utterly unreliable service
Utterly unreliable service, even when booked with Kabbee.We gave them our flight number and told them to meet us 50 mins after landing. When we called to check on the driver at this time, the company informed us the driver was getting lunch! Ten minutes later, they told us they were sending a replacement car and driver, who turned out to be the biggest hothead in town. He asked us to meet him outside at zone D, asking us to rush so he doesn't get fined. We did but he was nowhere to be found. He was simply driving about to avoid a ticket.We waited a full hour past the pick-up time to get into a car (two hours since our flight landed), the last 10 minutes of which was outdoors in the summer heat. Any third-world cab company could do better.
