Total scammers. Price increased twice after original quote. Final price they wanted was 3 times the original amount. They also lied to me repeatedly for a week. Told me my motorcycle had been picked up and was on its way. The day it was supposed to be delivered I found out it still at the dealership. Do.not use Long Wheels for anything!

This company is a huge scam and extorts money. Completed a contract for 490 for a car delivery. Then when driver arrived on-site at dealership to pick up the car they said i had to sign a new contract for 600 or they wouldn't allow the truck driver to take the car. The new quote was higher than other competitive quotes I received by 100 bucks but because driver was there I just felt forced to agree cause it would delay delivery significantly to get the other more cost efficient shippers booked instead at this point. I made them provide proof though they would not add any other fees and that they would deliver the car for 600 total and no additional fees requested again no matter what and they confirmed this verbally and also via time stamped text message for proof. So the car gets taken by the truck driver and is in route for delivery and 2 hrs later they send a new contract link to me via text and said they wont deliver my car unless I sign it and its now 800. I refused to sign and showed proof i was promised 600 delivery with no more fees … so they responded that they were keeping my 90k car and it wont be delivered. I had to file a police report for the stolen car with the state police who reviewed the evidence and confirmed I was being extorted and it was a scam and that they will likely continue to send contracts and keep upping the price and wont deliver it … police said if they don't deliver the car by the agreed upon time and day in my documentation it will officially become a stolen car case and a felony charge for them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY under any circumstance's, they steal cars and extort you.
Your first quote will be a low ball. Example $450. 100 fee, This is somewhat normal drivers will come back with a counter offer. I accepted an offer for 850, 100 fee, rest to driver. My bike was picked up and on the way. Broker calls me wants 1050. 200 fee. Extortion is their game. The broker now has $400 of my money and I still don't have my bike. I spoke with the driver he knows nothing about this, He's on the original contract. So they also lied to the drivers.. Stick with a reputable transport company this ain't it.
My experience with Long Wheels LLC was incredibly frustrating. They originally quoted me a pretty low transport price, I signed a contract and sent a deposit. Then after a couple of weeks they claimed they could only find a driver for three times the amount they had quoted. So I begrudgingly signed contract # 2 for that amount. Then AFTER they picked up my vehicle they sent me a third contract with an even higher amount on it! What can I do? They had already picked up my vehicle and I had no idea where it was. As I tried to get them to agree to the second contract (which I was still burned about) they said they would "stop the driver" until the new (third) contract was signed. So they had me over a barrel and I signed it. The vehicle was delivered with an antenna broken off. No renumeration. I would not recommend this company again- if you notice the good reviews on this website- they all have middle eastern names or initials to cover up that they are probably padding reviews with family members or friend giving fake good reviews....
My experience with Long Wheels LLC was incredibly frustrating and feels like a classic bait‑and‑switch situation. They originally quoted me a reasonable transport price, took a security deposit, and then claimed they could only find a driver for three times the amount they had quoted.Alex repeatedly asked for “one more week” to find a driver. I gave them over two months, and they never delivered a solution.Worse, Alex promised to refund my deposit after yet another week—but the refund never happened. Despite multiple chances and plenty of time, they failed to honor their word or provide the service I paid for.In my experience, this company does not operate honestly. Long Wheels/Alex would not issue me a refund. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.Scammers. Stay away!
The absolute worst experience ever! I would give this company no stars if that was an option! Was dealing with a guy named Henry Miller who did nothing but bait and switch me! ! He double the quote once it’s time to ship the car and blamed it on the driver. I would stay as far away as possible as there are far more truthful and reliable companies out there!!!
After agreeing to a price and giving a downpayment, I waited a week for a driver to be located. When I was told that no driver was located for the agreed price, I requested a refund. Henry (who transferred me to Alex) said they would give me a refund minus the cancellation fee. Cancellation fee? They didn't do anything. BAIT AND SWITCH-SCAM
Best people out there to trust with on time delivery and extremely competitive pricing. Alex helped me find the driver on time and the price was extremely fair. They picked up 18 cars for me so far and i had no complains or issue with any shipment!
This company is a scam they will get your car dispatched out then keep asking for more money after agreement and tell lies. Run far away from this company. The driver was great but broker is a scamming liar trying to scam me and the driver
I called with a problem and Alex took it over from there. We actually had a pricing issue where Alex went as far as to cover some of the difference to assure I received my vehicle. While it did come as a surprise, I was very pleased that we had come to a resolution that benefited us both. Thank you very much Alex, I will be keeping your contacts info for any future needs for sure👍🏽
