Make sure you ask for Ben when you call LA Appliance.
Ben was awesome. We had a whistling/buzzing noise in our fridge and had no idea why. Looked on yelp for the best reviews and called up LA Appliance. Ben started great by wiping his shoes before he came into the house. Not necessary, but definitely appreciated. He was very careful and mindful of our things while looking at the fridge to make sure that nothing was accidentally broken. Once he found the issue, he was extremely informative and walked me through my options. He didn't try to push me in any way and gave me a quote on the spot. Once I decided to fix, he ordered the part and we setup the next appointment. And then!!!!! He even took the time to sweep behind our fridge. That was so nice and unexpected. Make sure you ask for Ben when you call LA Appliance. He takes the time to do a good job and goes above and behind.
