Disingenuous Sevice, management who did not care
Long time customer. Today I ordered pizza at 3:30 for delivery at 5:30. It arrived sometime around 6:45, left outside my front door, no knock at door when delivered. It is now ice cold as it is 47 degrees outside. The cost of the pizza on line was $22.85, I added delivery tip of 10% (big mostake). They charged my Visa credit card $31.99. I called in to inquire where is my pizza at 6:00, was told some company hogwash, it is on the way. I called at 7:00 with same question and was told it was delivered, yeah, as stated outside my front door, in the cold, as is the pizza. These guys were good about 10 years ago, when they were new here (when I started to patronize), now they have grown and are big, leaving customer service in the rear view mirror. That was a time when the pizzas cost about 50% of what they are now, and the customer service was 100% better-they cared then, not now.Lots of pizza alternatives in my neighborhood, their pizza is good, but definitely not worth the BS from CS, the managers I spoke with, and the cold pizza I received some 2 hours after delivery was scheduled. SHAME ON YOU LOU MALNATIS! Folks, consider the local pizza joints, those who care, and want to build their business on local support. This is another example of a national company who came into Scottsdale, riding on a national reputation, which totally at least locally SUCKS!
